A scam! DO NOT USE! Charged 1.5 times the price and the hotel booked has only received a deposit leaving me to pick up the bill - as well.

Scam. DO NOT BOOK. Be careful they use the same name as the hotel you’re booking. Charge you way more.

Absolute Scam! Same experience as user BL, was charged 1.5 times more and an unauthorized additional usd11.99. No way to cancel as contacts furnished were dummy/invalid. Whilst there is a booking, hotel advised it was booked with Agoda with a lower price. Didn't dare to open their subsequent email as my credit may be used and had to block my card.

COMPLETE SCAM-DO NOT USE! Imitating legitimate Australian hotel site. Same experience as others Booked in what I assumed was AUD219 and charged UD319 plus international fees! Confirmation received from reservation center, before I realised that I was not actually on the Aust hotel site. Rang hotel who advised I had booked through Agoda, news to me. Rang Agoda who advised I had booked through a third party and provided international phone numbers that I could not connect to. Unable to contact anyone for assistance.

Total scam!! Selected NZD but charged in USD, highly inflated prices and additional charges for God knows what. This site is a total rip off! DONT USE! Unable to get a response by email and phone numbers not in service. ZERO STARS

SCAM ALERT. I realise my mistake - a rookie mistake - and attempted to reverse a booking within minutes of making it. I called the US office to see if the cancellation costs would be waived given that a cooling off period of even 20 minutes should apply. If they didn't apply, it would not have been worth cancelling and I would have gone ahead and stayed even at the higely inflated price. The service agent said no cancellation fee would apply so I cancelled. Surprise, surprise - the cancellation fee if apply. So I've been scammed for $1000.

DO NOT BOOK - beware they give the impression that you pay in EUR (seems good offer) then they send you an email saying it is converted into Dollars without saying anything before hand so you believe you have paid in EUR - they answer the phone if you continuously say to the robot you want to speak to an agent - the minute you get an American Accent you know you have been had - she says they tell you on the website and when I asked Anna where on the front page does it say they convert to US dollars the phone cuts. No refund no nothing it looks like you are dealing with All Accor but you are not - All Accor needs to know about this and I will be sending the information on this matter as you they actually refer to membership. DO NOT USE.

Total scam. DO NOT USE. You won't pay what they advertise it will be more and there is a no cancellation once they have overcharged you.
