Whatever you do do not book your flights with this company they are a scam and are fraudulent. We booked a round-trip ticket from Detroit to Pensacola, Florida, and got a good deal on discounted tickets. Everything went fine on the way down. But on the way back home when we got to Pensacola airport, there were no boarding passes to be found for both my me and my husband‘s name. The company had booked us within incorrect spelling of our names and incorrect dates of birth for both of us and we had no tickets so we had to pay top dollar to SOUTHWEST AIRLINES to get return tickets to go back to Detroit Michigan we have resolved some of the problem with reservations club. We did have a time change also and they charge me an extra $220 for that and after arguing with them, they gave us that amount of money back and they gave us the amount of the return ticket, which we had already purchased at the discount price. They gave us status a credit but we were still out the high price of $738 to fly on Southwest from Pensacola, Florida to Detroit Michigan. We’re going to file a police report and FDIC REPORT ON THESE GUYS THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. I CRIED FOR FOUR HOURS IN THE PENSACOLA AIRPORT WAITING TO GET TICKETS SO THAT WE COULD RETURN HOME TALK ABOUT STRESS AND ANXIETY BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA OR CHEAP AIR OR THE AIRLINE WEBSITES THEMSELVES PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU.

I have them a 4 because while our tickets were honored and we got to and from where we planned, they got my birthday wrong which caused much delay going both ways and they sent the confirmation at midnight before we were to fly out. That was so stressful but overall the trip was a success and because of them I was able to visit my grandkids because the cost for two people was the cost of one ticket super last minute so I’m grateful. I probably would not use them again because the last minute confirmation is too stressful but it was okay for this trip.

Terrible company, it's a bait and switch scam. They say they're holding your reservation for 15 or 20 minutes but I booked well before my time ended and 2 seconds later they were already emailing and calling me saying that price was booked and I would have to pay way more than what I chose to book at. They quoted $1,600 but they could let me fly for half of that at 800 that's 300 more dollars then I chose my flight price that's why I chose this flight. Terrible customer service they know what they're doing and it's really sad that they're trying to scam people like this.

This place is a joke. Do not book with them! I booked a flight, never got a final confirmation nor contacted by a representative. Then when I call, they say it’s no longer available, but they can book me a new flight at a discounted price, but more expensive than what I initially signed up for. I decided to go ahead and rebook only because that price was cheaper than what I was finding online. I should have just ended it had I known the chaos and stress I’d soon be facing. Flight got booked and paid for. They ensured I was all set and that I’ll be receiving my confirmation and boarding pass the day before my flight. SKETCHY AF! They said it’s their policy but not to worry. The day arrived, and Sue enough no confirmation. Come to find out American Airlines (my flight I thought was already booked) no longer wanted to work with this shit agency and I don’t blame them. Talked to “a supervisor” named Paul Walter and told me he was going to help me out. Found Southwest airline flights leaving the same day and I would have my boarding pass that day if I decide to move forward. I was explicitly told I would receive my booking confirmation, boarding pass, and complete flight details by 10:00 PM today. I have received absolutely nothing. At this point, I am demanding an immediate refund. This entire experience has been beyond unacceptable. I have been rerouted countless times, placed on hold repeatedly for extended periods, and disconnected multiple times without resolution. No one has provided any real assistance, and I have been given nothing but false information and empty promises from your agency. I booked and paid for specific flights and made reservations and travel arrangements based on those confirmed itineraries. Now, just hours before my departure, I am left without any flight information whatsoever and no clear answers from your company. Because of your negligence and lack of communication, it is now too late for me to properly rearrange the plans I already made for this trip. This agency has completely wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and handled this situation in an incredibly unprofessional manner. I will never book through this company again, and id advice you to do the same. I didn’t look up reviews before hand so this is on me. Don’t waste your time with these people and agency.

El voucher del vuelo en la confirmación indicaba que sería enviado el día antes del vuelo al final del día. Al recibirlo mis hermanos llamaron le indicaron que se recibirá de 5@6 de la tarde. NO llego se vuelve a llamar e indican se enviara de 10@11 de la noche. NO llega ante el desespero y ansiedad ya era la madrina del novio de la boda. Mi hermana compra otro boleto de vuelo por Southwest pq no aparecía en sus registros como pasajera. El voucher llegó después de la 1 de la madrugada. No me dió un infarto de milagro pero si una ansiedad severa. Lo mismo con el voucher de regreso. JAMÁS usaré ni recomendaré está plataforma de viajes. Tiene un Estrella ⭐ porque no hay una calificación más baja.

They got me the best price possible for the last minute trip, best option is to call and speak with a representative . I received my confirmation me and my family are back from our trip . I was very skeptical and questioned if whether or not I was being scammed they were patient and assured me everything was good . Thank you !!!
