When i get to the Airport with my 70 years old unhelathy mother and me we backed from Airport because the flights which they sent me boarding pass are not showing in the system and our name and tickes are not in their Airline counter 's computer! And the flight wasn't sowing Cancelled and they keep calling me the fligt is cancelled then they changed me to other flights again and that flight also not showing anything in the Airline's computer! They said they will refund my money but it has to wait 5to7 business day. And i don't know my money 698.86$ will be back to my account or not.I 'll wait and see. If they really refund me back i'll let you guys know from here! 99.99 %is fake company that's what i'm thinking. But i'll see they will refund my money or not!

Don't trust this site. I placed a reservation online only to be told that I needed to call them to confirm the flight. I called and was told that my flight that I submitted payment for was not available any longer. I was only provided with a more expensive flight afterward. Their sole purpose was to get me to call them and inform me that my initial reservation was no longer available and to charge me more. This is a scam. Don't trust this website or their flight information.

I booked a flight through Reservation Club because they offered a competitive price. The booking process seemed straightforward, and my payment was processed immediately. However, after paying, I received an email saying that my booking was still unconfirmed and that the fare was not guaranteed, despite the fact that I had already paid. I also paid an additional $58 for carry-on baggage, but my booking then stated that no baggage was included. From that moment, the experience became very frustrating. I tried to contact the company by: * replying to their emails; * calling their phone numbers multiple times (at least six calls); * sending WhatsApp messages. Despite all these attempts, I received no meaningful response. Instead, I received an email stating that this was their “second attempt” to contact me and warning that my booking could be cancelled because they could not reach me. This was surprising because I had already made every effort to contact them. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for a proper response and confirmation of my booking. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend booking through Reservation Club. If customer support improves and my booking is resolved correctly, I will happily update this review. Until then, I can only describe the process as stressful, confusing, and disappointing.

Zero stars. PRICE HIKED TWICE AND CALLED TO GET PAYMENT. A WEEK LATER THEY SEND "CONFIRMATION" BOARDING TICKET AT 2AM. FLIGHT DEPARTED AT 3AM- AIRPORT SAYS INVALID TICKET. SCAMMER WEBSITE!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!

They get zero all around the board they canceled my flight 3 times I was stuck ing Miami for 2 days and they still was trying to push my flight back bad experience never book with them again

Me & my sister booked 2 flights & got confirmation emails. Within 20 minutes we got emails saying this is our 2nd attempt to get ahold of you but yet no one called us. (Red flag #1) So we called them the guy couldn't find my flight & her flight was sold out.(Red flag #2) Plus something about our bags we had to pay at the airport but when we booked our flight online it let us book & pay.(Red Flag #3) So just look out alot of red flags!!! The guy was actually arguing with us on the phone just for calling him out on all the red flags. DONT BOOK !! SCAM!

I wish I could put a zero for a rating. Reservations club people were absolutely rude, I previously attempted to book a flight through them and ended up having to cancel it. They assured me the flight was cancelled and my card would not be charged. had an unknown charge on my account with no confirmation . When I tried to call them about it, they were rude and did not even try to help figure it out and the just hung up on me. I will never book from them again.

Horrible experience! Tickets were booked at the end of May. On the day of travel, we did not have a seat on the plane although we were informed (with confirmation) our flight was approved. Asked for refund and the policy states 5 to 7 billing cycles to return. SCAM! Do not use.
