ALAN IS A WONDERFUL TRAVEL AGENT. I USE HIM EVERY TIME I NEED A FLIGHT OUT OF TOWN. FYI: YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS, BUT REST ASSURED, THEY WILL HAVE YOU UP IN THE AIR SOON. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND RESERVATION CLUB. THANK YOU AGAIN, ALAN, FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR RESERVATION AND FLIGHT NEEDS.

I have a very good experience with Agent Joseph Martin.

This is my third time working with Alan he has been amazing. I received my flight info on time every time. Thank you so much for your help Alan working with you has been great

I had a great experience booking my round-trip flight from Dallas to Las Vegas with Reservation Clubs. Alan was very helpful, professional, and made the booking process smooth and easy. He was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed for my trip. I really appreciate Alan’s help and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Reservation Clubs and will reach out to Alan again when I’m ready to book my next trip!

I had a great experience working with Alan on my reservation. I was dealing with an issue that had already become pretty frustrating, and Alan completely changed the experience for me. What stood out was that he didn’t just rush through the conversation or give me a generic answer. He actually listened to what happened, understood my concern, and took the time to work through the reservation properly. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of before we finished. I’ve dealt with plenty of customer service representatives where you feel like you’re just another reservation number, but Alan was different. He was patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the situation resolved. I hope his management sees this because employees like Alan are the reason customers are willing to give a company another chance after a frustrating experience. He represented the company extremely well and deserves recognition for the way he handled my reservation. Thank you, Alan!

I have been in houston, caring for my 88 year young mother after shoulder replacement surgery. I have had to change my return flight to Florida several times since this recovery journey began 2 months ago. Bruce Wilson has been a blessing multiple times with his compassion and overwhelming kindness in accommodating my needs! This has been quite difficult at times for both my mother and myself and Bruce, bless his heart, was one of the brightest lights for us. You have a rock star employee in Mr. Wilson .... treat him as well as he treats your customers .... you will have great success! Thank you again, Bruce ... you will forever be in my prayers! God bless you and yours!! Sincerely, Vickie Boyd-Brammer
