SCAM SCAM, if u book w them lock ur card and keep it locked because someone took a trip somewhere on me. They did not book my flight they told me the amount for the flight went up then they waited some days later and my card was charged $236 by Southwest Airlines but when u call the airlines u are not on there list and the 3 party these people want answer the phone so don’t use any of them plus they are all the same shell companies. Just buy the ticket directly from the airline itself. We work to hard for our money in this economy. Hope this helps someone.

Failed Flights Booking. Terrible Communication
Three days prior to departure, I booked a return flight with ResrvationClubs via their website and noted the the booking reference (7322D2) on paying the amount due. I waited 24 hours before contacting them by email to chase receipt of the email confirmation. I then noticed that I had misquoted my email address so emailed them again to verify the actual email to which they should send the confirmation. ReservationClubs failed to deal with my query and no email confirmation was received. On the day prior to departure, I contacted JetBlue, the airline, to verify the booking and they confirmed that no booking in my name had been made. I then frantically had to book other flights at very short notice.
ReservationsClub were woefully inadequate in helping me resolve my issue and in communicating with me. They failed to explain why no booking was actually made nor payment charged. Consequently, I will never use them again and urge you to avoid them.

Legitimate company but a bit sketchy
To anyone booking through this 3rd party sight:
* Although not accredited with BBB, this is a legit company
* The last minute receipt of ticket confirmation numbers is bc you get the absolute last available seat on the plane. You will not get your flight confirmation number, at the most, until 20 hours before your flight. Possibly even a few hours. This is why these flights are so cheap
* If you decide to book with this company, you should absolutely call to book your flight and confirm costs and details. The ticket that I was going to purchase online was listed at $93 round trip. That didn't sound right because I had already checked the Southwest website, and the same ticket through them was going to be $450. I called reservationclubs.com to ask them how they could possibly sell a $450 ticket for only $93. I will say the gentleman I worked with was very helpful, nice and patient, and stayed on the phone with me for an hour to answer all my questions. He looked up the flight while I was on the phone, and said that this flight was actually $250 through them and not $93. When I asked about this discrepancy, he said this was because they received delayed updated cost information all the time from the airlines. So that if I ever wanted to book with them, always call first to verify the cost. I mention this because there are several reviews that indicate the credit card charge is way more than what they booked for online. So in my case, the representative gave me the updated cost of $250, and that's exactly what was charged to my credit card
* I can see the reason for all these negative reviews. I would guess that people are waiting until a few hours before their flight to confirm everything. And if your cheap flight seat has been sold to someone else directly by the airline, you could lose your seat
* I became concerned the night before I was supposed to get the e-ticket confirmation because of all the reviews that said this company was a scam. I certainly should have looked at these reviews before booking and taking this risk! But know that this company isn't a scam, they're just a bit sketchy
* When I called this company the day before my flight with my concerns, they tried to tell me that they hadn't heard from the airline yet and I should get my e-ticket confirmation and ability to get my boarding pass "sometime tonight". At that point I said this was completely unacceptable, and I was going to deny the charge and report them to the better Business bureau unless I received my e-ticket confirmation immediately. So then I was told that "okay, we'll call the airline and get you the e-ticket within the hour". My point being, you might need to get very pushy and demanding
* I received everything I needed from reservationclubs.com ( flight confirmation number and a PICTURE of my boarding pass) to my inbox within 15 minutes. Then I got my ACTUAL boarding pass directly from the southwest website. The flight confirmation number was legit
*Important to know is that when you get a confirmation number from reservationclubs.com when you book your flight, this is NOT your flight confirmation. This is simply a BOOKING confirmation. Therefore, this is not the confirmation number you can enter on the airline's website. I think that's why so many people are reporting that the confirmation numbers for their ticket are bogus
* The bottom line is, you get what you pay for. With third-party sites like these there is definitely a risk factor. If you want absolutely no hiccups or issues, book direct. On the other hand, if you're interested in extremely cheap flights, and your travel dates or trip is not critical, you should be able to get to your destination at some point
*The last thing to be aware of is that even if you have a round trip ticket, you still do not get the FLIGHT confirmation number for the return leg of the trip until 20 hours or less of the return flight
* It is possible that I would use reservationclubs.com in the future, but only if my trip is flexible and not critical. I paid 50% less for this ticket than what was available from every other airline.
So now you should know everything you need to know!

Customer service was awful
Customer service was awful. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and when I did they were rude. A manager even yelled at me. I specifically mentioned that I needed to fly with my mother in a wheelchair on the way back to my home and was assured that I was on the same flight as her. When the day came I wasn't on the same flight and there was no note made on my reservation so they wouldn't fix it. They repeatedly told me no seats were available on the flight with my mom, however I went online and saw that there were seats still available on that flight. When I asked to speak with someone based in the United States, they made excuses and wouldn't transfer me. When I cooked it was a certain price, and when they actually booked my flight, the price doubled. Don't trust what they say is the cost up front.

I booked a reservation and got…
I booked a reservation and got confirmation email. To find out 12 hours later it never got booked. The rate was incorrect no seats available for my hat price. Well it said I had 19 min to book the flight. I did it with in the time allowed. I got two emails when I got back home. Stating my reservations were cancelled. I call, to hear all this and now I pay $278 for the same flight that was $111. If I do don’t have the trip already planned. To leave I would have just stayed home. I would have bought a return flight through your company. Not for $5++ dollars. If you can’t keep your site updated you should honor the ticket for the price I thought I was getting. They say no extra cost. But confirmation email was like I said more money.
