They've gradually increased their prices on us over the past two years to obscene levels. I found another service provider and just spent an hour and twenty minutes on the phone with them trying to cancel services. I spoke to two different people and finally was told by the second person that she'd contact my rep who would be calling me to "address my concerns". She then ignored my response when I said my only concern was to get their dumpster off my property. It's painfully obvious they intentionally give you the run-around when you try to cancel. And that's after they've screwed the customer by massively overcharging. Clearly this is a shady company. I found a local independent business that will charge basically half what Liberty charged me. I strongly advise you to stay away

BAD BAD Company. You will be required to sign a contract for service. The contract states Republic can INCREASE MONTHLY RATES AT ANY TIME WITH NO NOTICE, AND they DO increase rates 25% every 6 months, so your monthly bill will increase by 40-50% EACH YEAR. If you complain, they will reduce the rate but ONLY IF YOU SIGN ANOTHER # YEAR CONTRACT. So you can never finish your contract unless you pay the 40-50% increases every year. When you try to cancel your contract early, they will force you to pay out the full 3 year contract OR they will report you to the credit bureau. This company makes Bonnie and Clyde look good. Every homeowner in our community has gotten rid of them and gone to a competitor.

I have been told repeatedly that my trash bin would be replaced from the prior owners and no one every showed up to replace the bin. On another occasion, I was told by Republic that a HOA community bulk pick up is free on the last friday of each month but then I was charged a bulk pick up rate in my bill. I keep calling a telephone number that I got from an employee but no one answers or returns calls. Does anyone know or care how this company operates or is everyone asleep at the wheel? Unbelievable at how disorganized Republic is as a publcily traded company.

We pay for recycling.... They throw our recycling in the trash every week. Terrible company.

Terrible company. They just do not give a damn. The driver and customer service reps are rude and don't realize you're paying their salary by using their service. I am moving on to another company there are so many others available fortunately.

They damaged my new parking lot !! Made the call on the date of the damage and received a REF # 20019-5076 . Nothing but dead air since . Have reached out to the local reps as well as the leadership with photos license plate and vehicle information on multiple occasions. .... No response .... What's more telling is that when I sent the original e mail to the companies leadership and requested a delivery receipt it came back successful but on additional attempts it bounced . How telling based on the reviews I have read. Glad I'm not a client

Rip off! They won't let me cancel my services on the 3rd, I have to pay for the entire month. They charge $41.00 to pick up their cart. I am saving $100 every 3 months with a competitor. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible, unreliable service. Haven't had trash picked up in three weeks and then a bear got into everyone's trash and it got euthanized. Great Job! Before that, they dumped a construction dumpster in the road and took 4 days to clear it and then only after the HOA called law enforcement because of the traffic hazard.
