Frequently missed pickups. Outrageous trash/recycling can delivery/cancelation fees (over $250). And overly expensive quarterly service charge. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would tell anyone that is considering using Republic Services to think twice before signing up with them. We had terrible service experiences with them for 3 years, and then we sent a letter 5 months before our contract date to cancel. They sent a totally frivolous invoice amount and then refused to pick up their dumpster for 3 months and billing us frivolous amounts. We now are getting collections letters from a Coast to Coast Financial group and we paid all invoices up to our cancellati8on date. I truly think that if a law firm wanted to pick up a class action lawsuit, this would be a great candidate.

Terrible pickup service. Never on time!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Republic Solutions has been a major disappointment. There seems to be no consistency when it comes to picking up our trash bin. Some weeks the service is on time, while other weeks it’s delayed or missed altogether. As paying customers, we expect reliable and dependable service. Consistency and communication go a long way, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely terrible! Do not SIGN contracts with this company. They arbitrarily increase prices. The separation costs are extremely high to get out of contract. Even when you do get out of their contract they continue charging you until you call 5 times to get it resolved. These guys are straight up mobsters!

Scheduled bulk pickup 4x now. Each time i call in and report missed pick up they apologize and reassure me it will get picked up the next day, but mattress is still here (1+ week)

Deceptive Business Practices- They charge a ridiculous fee to cancel service and pick up the bins- almost $140. This is not disclosed PRIOR to signing up- they rip you off when you leave. I urge you to file complaints with your State Attorney General to stop crooked companies like this from operating with these deceptive practices.

All too often customers only leave BAD reviews! Our driver needs to be called out for his Extraordinary service! Richie has been our driver now for at least a year and he goes above and beyond with his service! There has been times when the dumpster is blocked and he will get a hold of me so we don't miss service! He is always very positive and outgoing no matter the situation! The world is better with people like him in it! Give this guy a raise or a promotion!!
