If you aren’t in a hurry to get your order… shipping is very slow. Won’t order from them again.

Hi Tracy, I’m very sorry you felt you didn’t receive your order in a timely manner. Your order came through on Thursday night May 29th at 9:05 pm. As stated on our website, we don’t ship Thursdays through Sundays and start back up again on Monday shipping out orders in the order they were received. We shipped out your order Tuesday June 3rd for an on time delivery of Friday June 6th. I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you. Thanks for giving us a try anyway. Many blessings to you.

REP has the best of everything! Love the meat, chicken, and pork. Haven’t tried everything but the quality is superior and I love how they practice their craft. Also, the customer service is top notch. Love to order from them and the products make excellent gifts!

For my first order I didn't sign up for the subscription until I tried it. After the Ribeye, New York strip, and the beef sticks. I am hooked. Beef was tender and delicious, packaging kept it frozen. Just ordered my second time and started a subscription. Keep up the good work y'all.

It’s very surprising to see the negative reviews here. I have found the company to be completely transparent and responsive to any customer service issues - you get personal replies. The bottom line is that they sell a product that is hard to find elsewhere - if you are health conscious you will understand the benefits of grass feed beef vs the usual grocery store grain fed. Additionally they also sell fantastic ground beef with a mixture of organ meats. This is another really healthy product. Are the prices premium; yes they are, but so is the product.

Hi Neil! Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to write such a kind, encouraging and supportive review. I can’t tell you what that means to us. It can get discouraging at times with some of the negative reviews so I really appreciate you sharing your positive feedback. We are so grateful you’re happy with everything and so blessed to have you as a continuous customer. It’s folks like you that allow us to do what we do. It would be impossible without you! Thank you again from the very bottom of our hearts Neil! You are greatly appreciated!🙏🏻🥰

One star is too generous. This company operates a deceptive subscription model. I made a one-time order—and was never told I was being enrolled in an automatic billing cycle. The product was mediocre at best, so I had no intention of ordering again. Then a month later, they charged my card without my consent. When I contacted the company, I was told I’d supposedly agreed to recurring shipments and would be charged a $15 cancellation fee—even though I never created an account, never signed up for a subscription, and had no access to cancel anything myself. I told them to cancel immediately. Guess what? They charged me again the following month. I notified them within minutes of the charge, long before anything was processed or shipped, and they still refused a full refund. They kept trying to send me in circles and blame me for not canceling something I never signed up for. This is a scam disguised as a “regenerative meat” business. I’ve filed reports with the FTC, Oklahoma Attorney General, and initiated a credit card dispute through AmEx. Be warned: this company has no integrity and no customer protection. Avoid at all costs.

Like I stated in our previous email communications, when you add products to your cart, you can either choose “subscribe” for those that want it on a recurring basis at a cheaper price, or a “one time” order. We have no way of choosing that for you. The customer chooses one or the other at checkout. You chose “subscribe”. You don’t have to create an account with us to subscribe to our products. We send out reminder emails before your subscription renews to give you the opportunity to make adjustments or to cancel your subscription. You were sent a reminder email that your subscription would be renewing soon and you did not make any adjustments or cancel. You then reached out to us after your order had already processed wanting to cancel your order. As stated on our website, anytime an order is canceled after it has already processed, there is a $15 fee. Our payment processor charges us this fee for the processing of the original payment and for canceling. I explained that to you and canceled your order with the fee. I also explained to you in my email how to easily cancel your subscription, which is also located on our website. I never heard back from you. You did not cancel your subscription so your order renewed again. I canceled that order for you but again I had to charge a $15 fee. We have our policy very clearly stated on our website along with detailed instructions on how to manage your subscription. You state that you can’t log in because you don’t have an account. Once again, you do not have to create an account to be a subscriber. Once you place an order with us, an account has been created for you. We do not require a password to log into your subscription. All that is required is your email. We run our farms and company on honesty and integrity and have done nothing wrong. I’m very sorry it didn’t work out for you.
