Dear Alan, We are sorry to read your review. We would like to clarify that your order was delivered to your address within 6 days, so we are sorry if the delivery time did not meet your expectations. Regarding the fitting issue, we received the photos you sent, but unfortunately the problem could not be clearly assessed from those images. For this reason, we asked you for a short video showing exactly how the lenses do not fit in the frame. This request is not intended to delay the process. It is simply necessary in order to understand the issue properly and identify whether it may be related to compatibility, installation, size/model reference, or another possible issue. It is very difficult for us to help or offer the correct solution if we cannot clearly see the problem. We are still happy to help you. Please send us the requested video showing the issue clearly, and our team will review it immediately and provide you with a solution as quickly as possible. Best regards,
Bev
