Cinque stelle
Cinque stelle!

Dear Ann, We are sorry to read your review. However, we would like to clarify that we have not refused your return. We have been assisting you throughout the process, sent a second set of lenses free of charge and are currently waiting for the requested verification so that we can determine whether there is a manufacturing issue and resolve the case correctly. We remain available to find a fair solution. Kind regards

Top
