Lenses are perfect but took quite a while to get to me.

Thank you very much for your review! 😊👓 We’re really pleased to hear that the lenses are perfect. We’re sorry the delivery took longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience. We hope the result was worth the wait and that you can enjoy your glasses for a long time. ✨ Thank you for your trust!

The product fit as intended. The broken arm for my sunglasses is replaced, the colour match is good and I am happy I could avoid a full replacement of the frame. Worth noting, I just needed one glasses arm. It could have been sent in a letter size envelope. Instead I got a rather large box couriered around the world with an oversize branded carbon fibre(?) glasses case in a fedex pack. Seems like a missed opportunity to reduce environmental footprint and cost for supplying items that were not requested nor particularly desired. The intended customer delight through over supply was not achieved in this case. Everything else was good.

Thank you very much for such a detailed and thoughtful review. 🙏🌍 We’re really pleased that the replacement arm fitted correctly, matched the colour well, and helped you avoid replacing the entire frame. That is exactly the kind of repair we want to make possible. 👓✨ We also sincerely appreciate your feedback about the packaging. We’ll definitely take your comments into account as we continue looking for ways to make our shipments more environmentally efficient. Thank you for your trust and for helping us improve.

Ordered two pairs of replacement lenses. Thought both were cristal, but one was plastic. That’s fine. Still very pleased 😀

My first order got lost and never arrived. The after care was fantastic and another order was sent and arrived promptly. Very happy with the lenses. They are better than the originals (ray-bans)

Can’t quite leave a 5 star until I’ve had a chance to use the replacement lens. What I can confirm is the process was smooth; shipped as expected.
