Well to start this company was the only place I could find new temples. They ended up being on back order for 3 months and finally arrived. The fit is perfect. Disappointed that they said genuine Oakley but they do not come with any of the actual Oakley numbers on them. Aside from the wait and the numbers the overall experience was good. Customer service was always kind when looking into the lead times.

Sadly, it took me almost 2 months to receive my glasses! And I didn't receive an email that they would take etc! I was always the one who was looking for communication, I hope you consider improving that, and know that a good service generates more customers! But a bad service sadly affects a lot!! Positive: it was cheaper than buying it directly from the manufacturer. Negative: delivery took really long and the lense had a small scratch.

So after being perfectly satisfied with my first purchase, I decided to buy a 2nd pair of replacement lenses for my Ray Ban 8313s. Unfortunately you have not sent me what I ordered. I ordered 58cm lenses and you have sent me 61cm. I have been in contact but I am yet to receive a reply. Can someone please contact me or supply me a solution in what I can do next please?
