When placing your order, you personally selected USPS shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–20 business days. According to the tracking information, your order was delivered in just 8 business days. Therefore, the statement that the order took three weeks is not correct. The documented delivery time was 8 business days, well within the estimated timeframe and very close to the minimum delivery estimate provided when the order was placed. Regarding our location, our company is based in Spain. We have never presented ourselves as a US-based company, and our company details and legal information are publicly available on our website. We ship orders to customers in the United States every day. International shipping to the USA is a regular part of our business, and we work with established international and local delivery networks, including USPS for final delivery. Our US customers receive the same specialized customer support before and after their purchase. The fact that a shipment may transit through a European logistics hub, such as the Netherlands, is simply part of the international shipping network and does not mean that the order originated from a Dutch company. In your case, you purchased original Ray-Ban replacement lenses. For this reason, the lenses were supplied with the corresponding original Ray-Ban packaging. Customers purchasing compatible lenses from other manufacturers receive the packaging corresponding to the brand they have selected. You also mention in your review that the lenses arrived damaged. However, before this review was posted, we had not received any communication from you informing us of any damage to the lenses. If an order ever arrives damaged or there is any problem with the product, customers only need to contact us. Our support team reviews the case and provides the appropriate solution. We cannot investigate or resolve a problem that has never been reported to us. We understand that some customers may initially prefer to purchase domestically, but ordering internationally should not be a concern when the delivery times, company location and shipping conditions are clearly communicated. We ship to the United States every day and have extensive experience handling these orders safely and efficiently. For clarity, in this particular order: - You selected USPS shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–20 business days. - Your order was delivered in 8 business days, not three weeks. - Our company is openly identified as being based in Spain. - You purchased original Ray-Ban lenses and received the corresponding Ray-Ban packaging. - No damage was reported to our customer service team before this review was published.
