Hello Adan, We are sorry to read your review. We would like to clarify that original lenses are shipped in the packaging supplied by the manufacturer. We do not alter or replace the original packaging, as we act as an intermediary and distributor of the product. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the first step is to report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery, so that the condition of the shipment is officially recorded. This is very important when transport damage needs to be investigated. After that, please contact our customer service team and send us photos of the parcel, the packaging and the lenses received. Our team can then review the case and provide the appropriate solution. If the lenses have genuinely arrived damaged during transport, we are of course available to assess the situation and assist you.
