I incorrectly ordered the wrong lenses
I incorrectly ordered the wrong lenses. They were awesome to return them and promptly get me the correct lenses. 5 stars!!

Product had two small scratches on one lense.
Product took a long time to arrive, which would have been completely acceptable but the lenses arrived with two tiny scratches. They came in a small bubble wrap envelope and the lenses were inside in a clear plastic sleeve. The scratches came from the booklet in one of the sleeves that they had STAPLED to the plastic sleeve package. BAD IDEA

L'acquisto è stato un po' travagliato ma la correttezza di Repalcementlenses è fuori discussione. Il primo invio si è perso in viaggio e hanno subito rispedito le lenti senza discutere. Purtroppo per un difetto di lavorazione le seconde lenti inviate non montavano sulla montatura. Segnalato per la seconda volta, dopo alcune verifiche, sono state spedite celermente altre lenti questa volta perfette. Ottimo post vendita e lenti compatibili di ottima qualità. Ne ho acquistato per gli stessi occhiali RB 8313 due coppie di diverso colore.

Ordering process smooth and easy. The product was as described. Genuine product. Possibly not the vendor's fault but shipping to Asia is a little pricey, especially for just a few screws, but acceptable. Took a while to arrive (given the cost), although within original ETA. Package came with a little "gift", which is much appreciated. Will definitely order from the seller again. Thanks!
