Bad Experience
Terrible customer service and they sent me a defective barbell. The best part is they charge a restocking fee for all returns. Go pay the premium at their competitors for someone to treat you as a decent human being.

I am a mentally disabled guy. I work out to slay demons most would fold under. I create fitness based content trying to inspire out of shape people to love themselves again. I tried out for affiliate program AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS THEIR WAY..they turned.me.down. The AB3000 2.0 BENCH I bought is about as ergonomic as a cinder block. There is no decline that is safe. The leg pads will cut your leg...happened twice so far. Company is a crap company woth poor customer service and terrible.ethics. They were rude and condescending under the guise of being respectful.

I ordered a PR-4000 rack via the rack builder. J-cups are part of the package I paid for. The rack was delivered. I built the rack and discovered, after I built it, that the J-cups were missing. Called customer service and they said the J-cups that I included as part of my package were discontinued and they had not taken them off of their webpage. Mind you, they never reached out to notify me that the this was the case and that they didn’t ship me J-cups. I had to reach out and ask where they were. They offered to change out they type of J-cup, which was fine and that they would ship me out a different set. I received the shipping notification, but they Fed Ex status never changed from “waiting to receive the package.” Waited a week and then called them back. They said then they would reship them “ASAP”. Still no shipment notification. I have a very nice (and expensive) rack with no J-cups. Can’t use the rack to any great degree without these. To make room for this rack I had to get rid of my old rack. In essence, Rep’s failure here means I can’t work out. This company has had great customer service in the past. It is the reason I’ve bought other items from them instead of their other big name competitors. They have failed me here when I live spent a significant amount of money with them. I recommend checking out other equipment providers who will step up and correct their mistakes.

The freight company they use sucks. Very poor tracking and they lost my first 875 lb package. Rep replaced it quickly and worked to resolve the issue. Not too bad on assembly. The could use better fasteners in the logo pulley covers. Like to never got the screws started. But overall with the exception of that they are a good company and you get what you pay for.

The equipment arrived fast with a few boxes broken open. We wanted to add some flooring mats and Reps site said $63 each min of 3. Signed into my account and added the mats. Noticed my loyalty points did not show and the price for the 3 mats was over $700, what???Called customer no service only to be told $63 each was on their site but the normal price is $275 each with min of 3. Escalated to management only to be told there will be no correction. Asked about my reward points upon giving them the prior $2500 order number only to be told I would have to pay for the order to get the points. The items were paid for and shipped sitting in boxes in front of me. I was told they would submit a ticket about this and the ordering system isn’t working right. I may return everything. It’s all made in China anyway.

Terrible customer service, will never buy again. Website is misleading and making returns is difficult.

Have ordered over 4k worth of items. have they all been perfect, nope, however Rep Fitness always made it right! No idea what people are talking about not being able to reach anyone, just called today to correct shipping address and got someone in under 5 minutes. Great US based Customer Service, not so great China items. However eventually you will get an acceptable or very good product as they make it right.

Placed an order for multiple pieces of equipment totaling about $2k on Dec 22nd. Afterwards, I read multiple reviews with issues about shipping delays or poor customer service. Naturally, I got nervous.. especially considering I was ordering right around Christmas. On Dec 27th, I received an email with tracking info (it wasn't actually picked up by FedEx until the 28th) and I received everything today, on Dec 30th. 8 days in total from ordering until delivery. Honestly, I don't know if I just got lucky? Or maybe they've made improvements to their logistics. But from this experience, I have absolutely no complaints with Rep Fitness.
