Rhythm fun fitness treadmill
Ive had the treadmill for a couple of years. Really enjoy it. I recently moved and lost the safety key. Emailed them about it, received a reply next day and was offered a free replacement! It was easy and seamless. Thank you!

I had recently moved and misplaced my cord, lock, and remote to my treadmill. I reached out to customer service and had a quick response. She was so kind and polite to help me. They were so generous to replace all my items. And now I get to enjoy my treadmill. Which by the way is amazing! I Definitely recommend this Company.

Stay away from this company!
I've had my walking pad from them for a year, and the motor burned out on it. It created a VERY unsafe experience using it. When I reached out to their support department, they told me it was just a little past the 1 year warranty and they refuse to replace the burned out motor. I spent a lot of money on this for it to last less than a year. This is a terrible company that doesnt stand by their products and they refuse to help people when they need it. Their products dont last and I would highly suggest everyone stay away from this business. I will be leaving multiple 1 star reviews everywhere I can and warning everyone that this company is a horrible business and makes products that absolutely do not last more than a year. STAY AWAY!!!!!
