Very very impressed! I moved and can’t find the remote for my treadmill anywhere. I was nervous to order a new one from Amazon and it not be correct. The company is going to ship me the correct one at no cost! I am throughly impressed throughout the interaction and generosity so I can still use my equipment!!I will be buying from them again for sure!

I purchased a new walking pad from a friend for a social media project. Had no idea that it needed the emergency magnet and remote to operate so I ordered both from Amazon. Turns out the remote was not compatible with my model. I gave up for a while feeling like I was at a dead end trying to find a match when this really isn’t up my alley. Before tossing it out I decided to reach out to the company and tell them what I tried. To my surprise I received a return email asking for a photo of the model because they wanted to make sure to get it right and finally solve my dilemma. I quickly sent the photos and they replied right away needing my info to send me the replacement remote. Thank you so much Yulia!
