I ordered a REP Curl Bar and it was supposed to be shipped at the end of January but by the end Jan i still had no shipping number so i emailed REP and they told me it would now probbably be shipped at the end of Feb, I initially said I wanted to cancel the order and they did offer to do that but said if could wait i would be very happy with the Bar and said they were shipping goods as quickly as possible. I agreed and it Turned up on Wed 11/02.The Bar is great and seems Top Notch. I would recomend REP Fitness UK although in future i will email them and double check the delivery period on the item in question.

I received my weights and the only thing I did not like is the long waiting time for deliveries.

The freight company they use sucks. Very poor tracking and they lost my first 875 lb package. Rep replaced it quickly and worked to resolve the issue. Not too bad on assembly. The could use better fasteners in the logo pulley covers. Like to never got the screws started. But overall with the exception of that they are a good company and you get what you pay for.

/edit December 2021 I'm updating my review; reading it again, I think I was a too critical. I bumped my rating up from a 3 to 4. I ordered a PR-1050 (short) rack and a good amount of bumpers from them recently. They was packaged and shipped quickly, I received everything I ordered including all of the components to make the rack and I had no need to contact customer service. The PR-1050 Short rack Pros/Cons: -Pros; overall, good quality in coating and functions well after 1 year. -At the time, it cost $270 which (in hindsight) is an incredible value. -There is a minor design flow (imo) in that weights placed on the weight horns (on the back post) hit the nut/bolt that keeps the back post attached just barely -- about 1/4 to 1/2 inch -- and causes the bottom bumper to sit uneven. I was concerned about damage/taco'ing over time, so I ordered a 5lb which elevates the stack over the nut/bolt. This seems like an easy fix, and something they should fix. Bumpers: -These are actually awesome and I have no cons. My bumpers all weigh exactly what they're supposed to!

Although I've recently ordered really good quality kettlebells from this company and received them just yesterday at a expected delivery date, I think this brand definitely needs to expand a bit more because their equipment is on very high demand with orders and angry customers upset that their items are not delivered and delayed. A family business? C'mon. With alot of orders going on, this company has to get bigger like Rogue fitness. I was one of those customers who went through that lobby lottery thing that came up a month ago and didn't like the idea of it as I was put in 11,000+ person in line. I was originally gonna buy a set of weight plates but the long wait took so long that the plates ended up being out of stock again and I decided to give up and instead buy kettlebells. Overall tho, if you're patient enough to wait on this company to deliver equipment you order from them, it's very worth it, as the pair of bells i just got which are 45lbs are really good quality and Im pretty sure everything else on their website is as well! If you're not patient enough to wait, then obviously I would suggest searching other brands like Rogue or others for gym equipment that will ship faster. But the again, you won't know if they will ship fast because gym equipment at this time in a pandemic are very high on demand. (I suggest however to stay away from D's sporting goods for gym equipment as their shipping handling of products terrible!)

Easy installation, chirps loud, bright screen. Unfortunately came with no instructions but can be figured out.

First off, these plates look and feel good. Unlike some other mid range plates, they don't have the stink and residue that reviewer mention. The plates have great color, the low bounce is good (who wants a plate that bounces to your waist??) and again, the feel of the plate is good. My only problem is that they came with a few blemishes that I fear will wear in a bad way. The blemishes appear to be friction marks(?) that could wear through quicker than other sections. Additionally there was one seam on a plate that looked like it might split over time with wear. Other than all that, the plates look amazing and I'll update this review in a couple months. As a company, Rep was awesome. I made a call to ask about the plates and the gentleman that I talked to was super helpful and answered all my questions. Rep picking up probably half of the shipping cost of 260lbs of plates was a bonus too! Rep rocks. I will be buying more equipment for my home gym from them!

The bumper plates that we ordered were exactly as represented. Our power lifters are very pleased with them. They paid the freight and got the equipment to us in a timely fashion. As compared to a competitor I ordered from recently that charged significant amount for freight and then didn't deliver for 4 days after they were supposed to deliver. I will order from Rep again.
