Ordered a burner cover for my 20 year old range- they. had it in stock which is amazing. Received email verifying purchase, with updates when it would arrive. Part arrived and fit perfectly. Price was reasonable considering we could not find it anywhere in the country and GE did not make it anymore.

I don't recommend this company at all. Repairclinic.com is a terrible platform that will waste your time and stress you out before you actually get to do what you want to. The platform itself is inefficient and isn't designed with its customers in mind. And when you ask for support, you're forced to speak to disrespectful and rude customer service representatives.

This company is a nightmare. They no longer have the Home Depot parts account; they lost it in March 2026 to a company called Appliance Repair. I wound up trapped between the two companies briefly because Repair Clinic received my payment but Appliance Repair finally shipped my products. Getting over $200 refunded by Repair Clinic was difficult and a phone call response to my final email came from a young and astonishingly rude young woman who told me that I needed to act with patience. Don't do business with them, fortunately Home Depot is using a much more productive and honest vendor now.

Never sent out the part . Never refunded my account. Its been two weeks now . Ive sent multiple emails. This place is a joke . Scam 3

Customer service is nonexistent because they never answer the phone no matter which option you choose. Their prices are ok but not spectacular and a lot of the stuff is special order which takes weeks to get in stock. There are better options. Don't waste your time.

Repairclinic.com is a disorganized and confusing platform. Creating orders and completing transactions takes far too much time. The system is inefficient and unnecessarily complicated. Customer service is unhelpful and completely unreliable, leaving you stuck and forced to spend hours trying to solve problems on your own. The entire experience is exhausting and frustrating.

I ordered a part, and expedite it to be to be delivered on Friday. It is now Monday, and they claim there isn't anything they can do about the delay. I asked them to cancel my order, but they refused to do so. Do not order from RepairClinic; there are too many better options out there. You have been warned.

Ordered a belt for my snowblower, saw it was on backorder and so cancelled it. Now they have sent it anyway and charged me. They say I ordered a 2nd time which is wrong. They obviously have an issue with their system. Basically they have committed fraud. Highly recommend never ordering from them
