A week after placing an order I was notified that the part would be backordered for an additional 4 weeks. Had to wait on phone for over 30 minutes to get a rude customer service experience. However I was able to cancel the order, finally. Thought I would try this site, But will not be using them in the future.

Just wanted answers about my order. Got an AI generated email that was not helpful. Tried chatting with customer service on the website, got snarky, smart ass responses. Stay away. Also does business as WhirlpoolParts.com

I placed an order on June 24 2026 but I didn’t receive it. I have left numerous emails only to get a response from an automated email. Today is July 20 2026. I checked the tracking number and it confirms that my order was not shipped. I don’t know what else to do. Customer service is deplorable for a company that is in business for a long time. Never again.

DON’T use RepairClinic. Bad service and no quality customer service. Their customer service is AI generated and worthless. I should have read reviews before my purchase. Don’t use!!

0/5 stars. My experience with RepairClinic has been beyond frustrating. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. I’ve called more than 10 times and sent multiple emails, yet I haven’t received a single response. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone or receive help when you actually need it. To make matters worse, the package I received wasn’t even properly sealed. There was no tape securing it, which allowed items to fall out during shipping. When I tried to get assistance regarding the missing contents, I was met with complete silence. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its customers or provides support when something goes wrong, this isn’t it. Based on my experience, they simply do not seem to care once an order has been placed. Because of what happened, I’ve opened a bank dispute, and I also intend to report the matter to law enforcement. I cannot recommend RepairClinic and will never do business with them again.

I have used RepairClinic.com many times in the past. They used to be great. You could always speak with a knowledgeable person. They used to exceed in customer service. I thought that I would them again. I ordered a part that was supposed to arrive in 4 days. The track my order feature indicated that my part is stuck in another state. FedEx says to contact the shipper. It is impossible to speak with someone at RepairClinic.com. I have tried for days. I wound up doing what I should have done in the first place. I ordered it on Amazon and got the part for less without paying for shipping. I don’t know if I have the energy to get my money back from RepairClinic.com.

Zero stars! I ordered a part only to learn that the part is not available and the order is on hold for at least two months. It has so far been impossible to contact a human. No human answers the telephone and calls are never returned. On line chat does not work at all. No such order shows up on my account and the "manage order" button in the confirmation email reports that no such order can be found, although PayPal acknowledged it. I responded to the email address CustomerService at repairclinic.com, from which the order acknowledgment was sent, and asked that the order be canceled. That was answered by another robot, which informed me that a human had to cancel the order. Positive update! The latter approach finally seems to have worked. Someone eventually responded by email and stated that the order was cancelled.

ORDERED A KENMORE WASHER 90 COUPLER. ARRIVED FAST. COUPLER WAS INSIDE ANOTHER OEM BAG WITH AN OPEN OEM BAG AND PART. I DONT KNOW IF THE PART IS OEM OR SOMEONE RETURED A CHEAP COUPLER PART TO SAVE MONEY AND KEPT THE GOOD ONE. I HOPE IT DOES NOT BREAK. WEBSITE HAS GOOD VIDEOS.
