I paid way too much for two replacement knobs, and they took forever to ship. When I got them, they did fit properly, but at that price, I was expecting an exact replacement...nope. All around underwhelming experience.

This site is the most difficult to navigate. When you buy part and want to return there is no option for returns. All you see are options to repurchase items. I went to this site only because what I was looking for on Amazon was not exact by my parts description. Amazon is the best but they must also refine their search engine so you dont keep guessing the mode/part number

It's hard for me to leave bad reviews, as I often give the reseller the benefit of the doubt. However, this company is non-responsive and the hint would have been no direct customer support number on website. They failed to deliver 1 of 2 parts ordered. No update, no customer support, no future business.

Poor quality parts that break easily, with absolutely warranty!!! Customer service had no idea what to do since broken parts from the company are not replaced! It has not even been a month, so it is completely ridiculous that a replacement cannot be provided! No one has any answers either! This is unbelievably frustrating!!!

Tried twice to order a replacement pump for my washer. Clearly some urgency. Paid for next day shipping. The first time, I check a couple of days later because it hasn’t shipped. Their useless ai bot service agent said my order had been cancelled but couldn’t say why. Was unable to ever get a human service agent. Stupidly tried again, thinking it just be a glitch. Had the exact same experience the second time. Make sure and check your credit card statements, this place is a total scam.

My experience with Repair Clinic is nothing but positive. I needed a GE refrigerator part that GE is no long making. Through Google search, I found Repair Clinic had the best price, at least 20% cheaper than the next retailer. The shipping cost is reasonable for a small business. I received the shipment via Fedex 3 days after. 100% satisfied.

Horrible Customer Service I told him what I needed and when I got it, it was the wrong part and then when I try to ship it back, they tried to charge $80

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR FOREVER!!! ITS OVER 30 MIN AND I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ANYONE!!!!
