RENT A CENTER
It will never rent from Rent a center again.They told me I had two weeks for free and I changed my mind because some friends of mine gave me a brand new mattress Ihad a loaner mattress and I barely had it 2 weeks and they came and picked up the mattress, and then, like, 3 minutes later, they come in to the payment, they quoted me a 140 some odd dollars.And I told them , I don't have any money and how can it be that high when for a month, the full size mattress would be a $108, and then he dropped it down to 65, but that's after coming back the second time after they dropped off my mattress. And it was the guy on the phone that I talked to, at the store. His name was Larry, he came with the driver to pick up the other mattress and oh conveniently decides to tell me, I owe money. For What he said , I'll extend it out to the fifth , so you can pay it i'm on a fixed income and realized a $108 out of my budget was too much and they add they wanted to add TV something about bundling I was not happy when he introduced himself and picked up the masters and come back. And demands of payment so when a person is on a fixed income, I wish they would have just declined, they're trying to hold me to the contract, which I think is f****** stupid and I recommend everybody don't rent from Rent a center, thank God, my friends had a full size mattress. They were upset because they had to have a full set size mattress shipped in the store from yuma and if they think they're gonna get a payment out of me , they're sadly mistaken , i'm not paying for something that I had 2 weeks , not even two weeks when I could have went to walmart and got me a and paid cash for it, because the more I thought about it, it's like why why did I want to pay $3000 for a bed and worry that they're going to come and take it away from me on my fixed income, I didn't like the way I was treated for the salesperson that I talked to on the phone larry was not helpful at all and to show up on my doorstep.Demanding a payment that was uncalled for especially when they had left with the bed.So my advice to anybody out there don't Furniture if you can pay cash, just pay for it out right! And with everything that I have to pay for out of my pocket, I can barely make rent.And they knew what my income was.I wish they would have just told me we won't rent to you they need to learn how to do math when someone is on a fixed income! Because in my eyes him pro waiting it to the fifth I don't have the mattress anymore , so it's there loss they made me feel like I committed a crime! And I didn't Kingman,Arizona
