Rent-A-Center 25841 104th Ave Se Kent, WA I have been picking up my Amazon purchases here and the customer service has been wonderful. The latest pickup was phenomenal. I had a few items and some heavy. The parking lot was full at this mini mall and Jessica said "Use our load and unload spot!" What a concept. I actually thought it was prohibited. As I drove up to this designated spot, low and behold, there stood Jessica and Stephen (sp) waiting outside with all of my packages in tow. It was a pleasant and very thoughtful gesture! Thank you so much, and the smiles were the topping! You guys are the best! God bless! Mary

The Rent A Center (B) in Gainesville , Florida is the best rental place I have ever dealt with. Truly exceptional customer service. 3 other places said "I don't know", the clerk at Rent A Center said " I will find out"; and she did...the exact laptop I wanted, reasonable weekly rate with fully stocked software. Hand delivered to my house by one of their servicemen that very day it came in(she ordered it for me)When I had a problem, the same serviceman came by and took care of it( I'd caught the cleaner brush under the '6' key and he brought a replacement). The leadership is excellent as well. Highly recommend. They are the best in all the ways that count!

Rent-A-Centeron Ashville Hwy, Knoxville TN. This is the place to go for finding just about anything you need! If they dont have it at their store, they will call other stores until they find it for you! Mike "your bearded salesman" is absolutely THE BEST I have ever worked with! He goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need, he calls to let you know when they have great deals (just in case you need anything), he is NEVER pushy about getting you to purchase, and he always has a smile to brighten your days! I had an issue with my husband's bluetooth speaker (we've had if for almost 10 years), and I ended up taking it apart to see what the issue was. Although I am very tech and mechanically inclined, I apparently severed a wire inside while taking off the back cover! Needless to say, I needed to find a replacement before my husband got home because he uses it EVERYDAY! Found one I really liked and added it to my cart. Mike calls as soon as he saw it to inform me that he had to order it. But he got all my paperwork fixed (I usually go inside the store not online) that I messed up and he put in the order. It came in about a week later and once hubby saw what I replaced the broken one with he was perfectly happy with the giant speaker (2- 12" speakers and 2 tweeters) and PA system that we picked out! Yall, I have been working with Mike for right at 10 years, when I moved here to TN from OR and this man has NEVER disappointed me! If you live in knoxville and need something, I highly recommend going to see him! Even if you live in the surrounding areas, it is worth it to go a little out of your way to get the best service! PS. Raymond at this location is also a great guy. Never bought anything from him because I always buy from Mike but Raymond is very sweet and always makes you feel welcome!
