Placed a contract with XMPLAR LLC, Albuquerque, NM, a Renewal by Anderson contractor on April 1, 2022 with over 28K down on 18 windows. Fast forward to October 12, 2022. No windows and worse yet unable to get any, repeat, any updates from the Anderson contractor after leaving numerous messages. Terrible customer service. Run from this company, XMPLAR. We also contacted corporate, Renewal by Anderson, but are still waiting for a response.

i ordered a sliding patio we agreed on a price gave them the deposit they start the install then the sales guy says i have to pay an xtra 900:00$ because the had to finnish on a sunday and for 2 guys to come on sunday well the installer that had been the main one showes up with his 15 son so monday i called the project manangerand asked for half the xtre money he gave me a real hard time about the refund only when i said i was going to put a stop on the check did i get the refund the point is if i just said nothing i would have paid and xtra 900$ for 1 guy instead of 2

So had a sales person out, discussed options and needs. Decided on a style, measured and wrote up a purchase order . Went with cash purchase gave $25,000 deposit on $75,000 job. Wait three weeks for a measure on windows that could take 4-6 months to arrives Measure arrives and won’t measure or order for windows that are being added to the home with. GC. GC commits to making the windows ordered fit though, the openings are not present at this time. I can’t really place 9 openings in my home while I have to wait possibly six months for the windows. Renewable refuses to order the windows without the holes. So homeowner has to make opening a and leave them open for 6 months or not get windows till openings are made at time of window install, maki g the wait for 9 of the windows 12 months. Refuse to make exception even with a General Contractor on site for the measure committing to make the windows fit and accept what is delivers as long as the new window is free of defects. This one sided policy to protect The manufactures is a horribly policy for the consume. Needless to say we canceled the order and are awaiting deposit refund that they have held for the past three weeks.

Worst company ever. They’re the exact opposite of their commercial. They are over 2 TIMES AS EXPENSIVE as the next most expensive competitor. The salesperson was extremely pushy and a typical “salesmen” that we all hate. Crazy to me that anyone does business with this company. Stay away and don’t waste your time.

Stay away. Southwest Windows and Doors is nothing more than fraudulent scammers. Signed into a contract Andersen on 12/04/2021 for two outside doors and a small bathroom shower window. The work was supposed to be accomplished by 6/30/2022 when the contract for financing with GreenSky was to expire. Southwest arrived on 4/27/22 with the wrong materials and a fistful of underhanded excuses and told me if they installed the materials they had with them, I would have to pay out of pocket for material to complete the job and do the work myself. This was rejected. The project rescheduled for July. In July, Southwest arrived again with the same incomplete/improper materials and did not perform the work contracted for. GreenSky made me reapply for a new contract under the same terms as the original. Renewal by Andersen sent one of its own team from Tucson AZ to perform the work in August 2022. In the interim, Southwest fraudulently doubled billed GreenSky for the contract price and GreenSky remitted double payment to Southwest. When billed, GreenSky was contacted. GreenSky disregarded the entire situation and is leaving me liable for their error and Southwest fraud activity. Stay away from these corrupt thieving entities. If anyone else has fallen prey to these thieves, I suggest we start a class action lawsuit and shut them down.

I live in Australia, they email me multiple times a day everytime from different email adresses so they cant be blocked, and ive tried be removed it foes nothing. Avoid.
