Renewal by AndersenReviews of renewalbyandersen.com

Don’t even live in the US and somehow Renewals by Andersen has obtains my information to send me marketing? Have requested twice now to be removed from mailing lists and still getting marketing. Clearly buying data from a 3rd party..

I don’t know how many times I have to say it… STOP SOLICITING EVERY DAY I GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL, I GET DOOR VISITS I GET EMAILS… STOP!!! If I want to get windows I’ll do it myself! You went to a friend of mines house and didn’t let them go to sleep. You got there at 7 and they didn’t want the windows and you insisted to stay until 11! HORRIBLE COMPANY. If I EVER GET WINDOWS it will NEVER BE BY YOU! Horrible horrible horrible. I’m so over you guys

too high pressure. I had to reschedule my appt due to emergency travel. They said that their company's time was too valuable and tried to pressure me to keep the appt. I told them I would be out of town and they got irate. Glad they never made it into my house.

I LOOKED AT THE 96% BAD 1 STAR REVIEWS AND CANCELLED MY APPT. HOW CAN A COMPANY STAY IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS? ANDERSON, IF YOU ARE WATCHING THESE REVIEWS DO US ALL A FAVOR AND STOP SHARING OUR INFO.

We didn't know any better. I won't go on about our horrible experience; workmanship for us was subpar. Once the salesman got our deposit the rest was quite awful. The worst part being when my husband was trying to negotiate them to fix their numerous mistakes while he lay dying of cancer in the hospital - they they made it difficult - it was a disheartening and quite unbelievable experience. We are both business owners and customer service with Renewal by Andersen was shockingly poor. It cost us a pile of money and they have been called back no less than 4 times to fix leaks, shoddy workmanship and broken handles. I have never written a bad review on any company before, but after our last go around I had no choice. Eventually, they did come 'round and fix the final window that was not secured property to the wall. But it should never have been like that in the first place. Nothing of what happened was excusable.

We asked these folks to come by and give us an estimate. They asked for our email and phone and address. I started getting spam emails days before they gave the estimate both on my phone and regular email. Then I started getting phone spam. While in the house for the estimate the provide harvested names of family photos off our refrigerator. Later my 4 year old grand daughter got a spam advertising letter from them with estimate info. She doesn't live with us but had been visiting. While I liked their product and price, I would never use a company who was responsible for this kind of behavior.

I just wanted a door and one window replaced that I was going to pay cash for. The man I spoke with on the phone said I had to have all windows inspected. When I said I only wanted the one window and door installed he told me I wouldn’t be a good fix with his company. Looking elsewhere.

I am spammed more than twice daily by Anderson Renewal emails. Despite blocking each day for months, these continue. I have tried contacting the email address and requesting removal but still the spam spews into my email box. Would not touch this company with a nine foot pole!
