Pella replaced all windows in entire house, except for one. Renewal by Anderson did the last one for comparison. RBA is a horrible company, installed one ugly window, and refuses to return to fix shoddy work. You have been warned.

Email Harassment
This company fills my email inbox with messages every day. The messages are designed to evade automatic blocking. Why - if they are legitimate? The joke is that I live in the UK so they can't even provide a service if I wanted one. The messages look like they are phishing - I want to unsubscribe but they want details to do it.

We had a great experience with Anderson!
We had a great experience with Anderson. They came out when promised, and the windows are tight and easy to use. We had a door installed, too, and it is really good. Then, when, I could not remember how to close the window after cleaning, they sent someone out within an hour to show me! We could not have asked for better service.

Renewal by Andersen does not deliver as promised
Contract signed 12/18/2021: installation of two patio doors, a single door, and a window: $46,100. Delivery specified to be "twelve to fourteen weeks". Contract modified 01/12/2022: single door on separate agreement; single door scheduled for installation 03/23/2022. Andersen does not show up, calls to reschedule, at which point we are told that larger portion of project has been rescheduled for June! That is, we were forced to endure unfinished doors for entire winter and spring. By 01/12/2022 project site has been inspected by both estimator and "installation supervisor". Supervisor states that a contractor will need to undertake any required dry rot repairs-- we understand this might be beyond scope of original contract, but it would be Andersen responsibility to secure any needed subcontractor. Supervisor agrees. Months pass without any contractor. Andersen crew shows up for door installation 06/13/2022, begins removal of old doors. Workers walk off job, saying cannot do the job because of dry rot. Project left open with trim with nails left by door , debris left about, doors not even closed. Installation supervisor now denies that he was to provide contractor, says he will find resolution. We wait entire day with no response. 06/14/2022 new workers show up unannounced, surprise and alarm wife ,film her without permission refuse to leave premises--we had no reason to suppose that anyone would be present, since we were told that job could not be done. Promised contact with local boss of company never happens. Andersen pattern : lax scheduling, arrogance, false claims, aggressive behavior. Example: Andersen sought a form: work on initial door had been completed.. Finance company for project took this to mean that entire project had been completed. Finance company stated that Andersen procedure not in accord with accepted practice. Andersen complains of problems with phone contact, but always had email. We cannot work with these people.

Don't do business with this company

We used this company to replace our sliding door. After waiting 4 months, they finally installed the sliding door which is not working properly. The installer said that parts need to be replaced in order for the said door to work properly. The company insisted that we pay the rest of the amount since they already partially installed their product and even if we do not agree, they will charge our credit card. They told me that they will fix the problem in 1 week but its already 3 weeks have passed and no communication when they are coming back to finish the job.

Tried to get an appointment for an…
Tried to get an appointment for an estimate to replace windows in my house. The person on the phone wanted my wife there for the estimate. I explained that with her work schedule it wasn’t possible to be sure she could be there. The scheduler kept suggesting days and times even though it was explained to him that her schedule was unpredictable till 24 hrs beforehand. Did not listen to me at all.
