This company is truly awful; you can save yourself a lot of trouble by listening to my experience, which I'll tell you about right now. I rented a Ryzen 5900x server for 3 months, and only 1 of those 3 months worked perfectly. The other two months it had too many failures to the point that I was without service for 3 days, and when I contacted Reliefsite they didn't fix anything And they only told me "we can change your machine if you sign up" when I had barely paid for the machine I was currently using, the 5900x I then asked them for a refund, and of the $150 I paid, they're only going to return $111.08, Clearly, a very bad headache can be avoided by avoiding this company.

Company has mixed reviews so I reached out to them to verify ahead of time they are providing service as listed. Was told yes and I placed an order. Their order system doesn't allow for a different address for billing and physical location or ask for a zip code for the card so using my physical location my card got declined for AVS (address verification). After that got declined I resubmitted payment using the billing address and it worked fine. However services were never rendered; I got an email saying they need a copy of my photo id because their processor doesn't do AVS. Their processor absolutely does AVS that's why my card got declined to begin with. Anyhow I do a lot of business purchasing from companies and I never send my photo ID. There is such a large chance for mis-use of that it's not worth it for a $30 server rental. So be advised you may be asked to send a photo id; I was not willing to do as much.

Terrible Customer Service. First day i pay for the Quick deploy Dedicated server paid with my mastercard. Server gets setup over some hours for them to shut it down and suspend it for "Pending Verification" they want: 1. A photo of the front and back of your government issued ID. This must match the name and billing address provided. 2. A selfie of you holding the ID (the ID must be clearly visible) and A screenshot of your credit card statement showing the ReliableSite charge. 3. A photo of the card that was used for the purchase; the First 4 digits and the Last 4 digits of the card number should be visible. are you guys crazy? asking for such sensitive private information? are you a financial licensed institute asking kyc in such details. FISHYYYYY

They sold me a faulty server that had nothing but issues. Got stuck on a boot screen and took them 24 hours to get it fixed. Had a copy of Linux that was missing dependencies and would not update properly. When I cancelled it they refused to refund it because they have a zero refund policy. All sales are final. They do that to justify selling faulty hardware. Avoid this place. They are a cancer to the industry.

As a systems engineer, I’m quite picky with infrastructure. I've been using ReliableSite for a while now and the experience has been flawless. The network speed and latency are simply outstanding—crucial for the high-performance projects I manage. What I value most is the reliability; I have experienced zero downtime since I started using their services. Additionally, their support team is quick and professional, resolving inquiries in record time. Highly recommended for anyone needing a robust and stable environment.

They are actually good and don't allow fake reports from random people they always verify the legitimacy and work dedicatedly

They attach AS153568 with BGP sessions and host 8000+ phishing sites, where the Upstream provider is AS23470 ReliableSite.Net LLC They were already notified from legal authority along with spamhaus SBL blacklisted those IP ranges for Nigerian fraud scam, but they still serve the phishing under them and abuse department almost sleeping and dont take any action. They even dont have any abuse department, and acting like they allow those phishing and fraud under their abusive network.

I am extremely disappointed with ReliableSite. I signed up for a dedicated server during a promotion where the monthly price was clearly presented as fixed. This was a key factor in my decision, as long-term pricing stability is critical when running production environments. However, just a few months after provisioning the server — which was already deployed and in full operation — the company suddenly imposed a price increase of nearly 50%, justifying it with “market changes” and hardware cost adjustments. This justification simply does not hold up. The server was already provisioned, the hardware was already allocated, and the operational cost structure does not justify such an abrupt and aggressive increase for existing customers. What this shows is a clear disregard for previously agreed terms and a lack of respect for customer trust. It feels like promotional customers are being pushed out so the same infrastructure can be resold at higher prices. In the hosting industry, pricing consistency and contractual reliability are fundamental. Changing the terms after onboarding is not just bad practice — it’s a serious breach of trust. If you are considering ReliableSite, be aware: the price you agree to today may not be honored tomorrow. I cannot recommend this provider for any serious or long-term project.
