I have been paying $139 per month for the same dedicated server for years, and now ReliableSite has informed me that they are increasing the price. It feels unfair to ask long term customers to pay significantly more for the exact same server they've already been using for years. The hardware isn't new, and my server has been running reliably without requiring any hardware replacements. This feels like taking advantage of loyal customers rather than rewarding them. I'm very disappointed and will seriously consider moving to another provider if this is how existing customers are treated.

I tried to rent a server. My payment was declined. I got a flip response from them telling me it was because my addresses dont match... Update to my earlier review: My original review was rough — a billing bug kept declining my cards and the first round of support just repeated "verify your address," which was never the actual issue. That was accurate when I wrote it. Then Moses Davidov, a senior account manager, read my entire history and reached out personally. He actually found it: my invoices were being built from a stale sub-account contact record instead of my correct main profile — a WHMCS quirk their team should've caught on day one. He owned it flat-out, no excuses, and made a point of saying none of it hinged on me changing this review. I ended up going with another provider on price, but credit where it's due — that's a company with people who'll put their name on fixing a mistake instead of hiding behind a ticket queue. If you hit a wall there, ask for someone senior.

Although we cancelled our purchase this time, we left satisfied.

I’ve had several servers with this provider for several years now, and when I opened a support ticket to request a change in my payment method, they simply weren’t able to do it. On top of that, my ticket was dismissed with responses that left a lot to be desired, and they ruined my experience here. I will definitely be moving all my services to another provider in the coming days, one that is capable of doing something as simple as changing the payment method on an account. Customer support is a top priority for any provider, but unfortunately, it has declined significantly in recent years. It’s not just my opinion, I’m reading about other people’s experiences right now that confirm this. If that were to change in the future, I'd be happy to give it another try.
