Is it perfect? No. Is it a great value? Absolutely!
I've used Reliable Site for a few months and have recommended them to a few people. The service isn't amazing, but it's about what you'd expect from a provider in this price range.
Support:
Support is where Reliable Site struggles most, and I think they're aware of it. It looks like support is outsourced to other countries, and the staff often don't seem very knowledgeable. This isn't ideal for a company managing server data, but considering their low prices, it's not unexpected.
Because of this, support responses are often delayed. For example, I've had tickets for something simple like reloading an OS take hours, and once it even took until the next day.
Hardware:
The hardware is decent for the price. As I mentioned, I've been with them for a few months and have recommended them to others. They don't monitor their hardware closely—I had a network card fail and they didn't notice for days—but if you keep an eye on your own equipment, you'll be fine.
Network:
The network has been as reliable as any other provider I've used. I haven't had any major problems. There were a couple of times when routers needed maintenance, but that's normal. They let us know ahead of time and scheduled the repairs.
Price:
For me, this is where RSN really stands out. I have two servers at a good price, which is perfect for my needs.

We had an issue with our ipv4 provider…
We had an issue with our ipv4 provider for the ipv4 in one of our locations over the weekend. Reliablesite support was great. They were able to get our other ipv4 block moved from one of our other locations and online in the affected location within an hour time. This time the support went out of their way to get our location back online as fast as they could.

Great server options and fast, reliable, service
The complete process from working out which machine fit our needs, to the setup and final OS install was smooth and relaxed - and all happened within hours. Moses Davidov (sales) made the process easy and provided lots of details for different CPU and location options. All of our future servers will be through ReliableSite.Net.

Excellent service and outstanding support from Moses
I had a great experience with ReliableSite, especially thanks to Moses D., who provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
Moses was very helpful, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. The server was originally expected to arrive later, but they managed to get it available ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise.
The setup was exactly as requested, and the server was ready very quickly. I have already accessed the machine and everything is working perfectly.
I am genuinely very happy with the service, the communication, and especially the support I received from Moses. He was professional, helpful, and extremely quick to respond.
I highly recommend ReliableSite, and I would especially like to thank Moses D. for all his help!

Great Customer Service and Good Products
I have used Reliablesite for years and always had a pretty solid experience. Their products are very cost effective and uptime has always been great. When I had an issue someone from their team, Moses, called me and did everything he could to resolve the situation. Would absolutely recommend them.

Great support
Updated review:
I’m updating my review after ReliableSite followed up with me directly regarding the recent server outage. The outage itself was frustrating and the communication/support experience during the incident could have been handled much better, which is why I originally left a negative review.
Since then, Senior Account Manager Moses Davidov personally reached out, reviewed what happened, clarified the circumstances surrounding the kernel/hardware issue, and made sure the situation was properly addressed. The server was ultimately migrated successfully and things have been stable since.
I appreciate that ReliableSite didn’t simply ignore the complaint and that management took the time to follow up personally and take responsibility for improving the experience. There is still room for improvement in how major outages are communicated and handled in real time, but their response afterward restored a good amount of my confidence in the company.

⭐ 1/5
⭐ 1/5 — "100% uptime SLA" met a single non-redundant PSU. The PSU won.
I ran a $329/month dedicated server with ReliableSite (Miami, 190GB RAM bare metal) hosting a gaming community with a US/UK player base. On June 19th, 2026, here's what their service actually looked like:
The outage. My server went dark and stayed down for over 6 hours. The root cause, eventually admitted: a power supply failure. In 2026, on a $329/month machine, in a facility advertising 100% power availability — a single PSU took the box off the air for a third of a day. No redundancy. No failover. Nothing.
The notice that wasn't. I'd received a maintenance notification with less than 10 hours' warning — and that notice was for June 24th, not that night. So the outage I was actually experiencing was completely unannounced. At no point during six hours did ReliableSite proactively tell me anything.
The support runaround. I contacted live chat. The agent (Bhagyanath) could not tell me whether my server would auto-restart or give any ETA, and told me to open a ticket. I opened the ticket — and the same agent answered it himself, immediately, with both answers he'd just refused to give me. That information was in his hands the entire time.
Hours later, back on live chat, a second agent (Anees) asked me to open a ticket. I gave him two existing ticket numbers. He asked for my server IP. Then: "it's with the DC technician."
The escalation that never came. I asked for a manager repeatedly, from hour two onward. I was told the ticket would go to a manager "as soon as server access is restored" — i.e. after the emergency was over. I called their published support line, (866) 932-0001. No answer. I never received a single management-level response to this incident, before, during, or after.
The compensation. This landed on my community's launch night — weeks of promotion and real money in paid advertising, all of it burned. ReliableSite's response was to quietly push my renewal date back a few days and hope I'd go away. When I pushed back, billing's reply was one sentence: SLA compensation is a billing date adjustment. That's it. Read their SLA carefully before you sign — the headline says "100% network, power and cooling availability," and the fine print caps your entire remedy at a 6-day billing adjustment. Their infrastructure can fail catastrophically and your total recourse is a few days of pro-rata. That's not an SLA, it's a marketing line with an escape hatch.
Bottom line. The hardware is priced fairly and the network is fast when it's up. But you are buying a provider with no redundant power, no proactive incident communication, no phone support that answers, live chat agents who exist purely to route you to a queue, no accessible management escalation during an active outage, and a compensation policy designed to cost them almost nothing when they fail you.
If your workload can absorb a silent 6-hour hardware outage on your busiest night, ReliableSite is cheap metal. If it can't, look elsewhere.

I reported a hardware issue on July 9
I reported a hardware issue on July 9: faulty RAM causing periodic server crashes. It took 4 days to get a technician to address it. I was patient throughout. When they finally replaced the RAM and ran a memtest, they discovered the server could no longer boot. Their explanation: the OS partitions were simply gone from the drive (was only an issue after the memory replacement, not before). Their fix was to reinstall the OS from scratch, wiping out months of project work in the process. I have hosted servers across multiple providers for years and have never had staff wipe a drive or brick an OS during routine maintenance. A RAM swap should not result in a destroyed OS partition. I've built and repaired PCs myself and replaced RAM many times without ever touching the OS. This isn't a hard task, and it shouldn't take experienced data center staff to a place where a routine component swap (particularly one not involving the disk) ends in data loss. To their credit, they offered to plug a USB drive into the server so I could attempt to recover files from the old disk. That was over 24 hours ago. Since then: nothing. No update, no follow-through, and they quite literally ignored my direct question about how this happened in the first place and instead just asked me a follow-up question. They at least issued me pro-rated account credit so that was nice, that's the only reason I've given 2 stars instead of 1. Regardless, I've cancelled my service and moved on to Hostvenom, which I'd recommend without hesitation, it has been a smooth experience and the staff respond much faster.
