Absolutely terrible I went to the Pinellas Park location. The seats were crappy. It smells like sex in there and you know I’m 70 years old and they’re asking me for a day to have a beer then when you get up in there that sounds horrible absolutely disgusting. I’d rather pay $20 on iTunes..

The volume of the previews was so loud I went outside to wait for them to finish. I asked about this and was told that this is not a local decision. My days of watching movies in theatres are over, at least until this practice is discontinued.

I canceled my Unlimited membership months ago but Regal continued to charge my credit card and now refuses to refund those monies. Be very careful!

Everyone is being blocked at Regal theaters when I go to their web site to see movie times. This should never be blocked. If you don't fix this we , my family will go to AMC theaters even though its 17 miles from our homes. Now I am going to convey this to Regal.

Way to go Regal using the same shameless methods Ticketmaster has been doing gouging your customers even more by charging us $6 to book tix online as a "convenience charge"! What a crock, we're SAVING YOU $$ you lousy scums. Streaming here I come!!

bought tickets on line and proceded to UA Galaxy theatre on McCree Road in Dallas, TX. Sadly, the theater entry was concealed from street view. We searched and searched for it, but could only see the big white building it was in -- did not look like a theater. Now I am calling to request a refund. No way to get through on the phone or on line. Will contact my credit card company. Will never be back to a UA

Won't cancel a subscription until after the commitment had passed despite the fact that their Unlimited plan doesn't actually work for all the movies they show. Completely useless. Don't buy Unlimited no matter what you do.
