Hello Team, We would love to watch Jailer-2,starring Tamil superstar Rajinikanth, at your theater. Unfortunately, the current show timings do not work for us because we finish work late. Could you please consider scheduling a Tamil show of Jailer sometime after 10:00 PM on any day? It would be very convenient for people like us who finish work late and would love to watch the movie in theaters. We would really appreciate it if you could arrange at least one late-night show. Thank you for your consideration and support!

They recently updated the Regal Cinema near me in Bellingham, MA and it’s fantastic! It’s constantly clean (considering that parents drop their teen and preteen monsters off to be babysat, and they terrorize every nook and cranny), well kept and the staff are SUPER courteous! The issue is with REGAL proper. As a member of their unlimited membership it’s awesome to go see movies by simply using their app. It’s their scheduling. They have been doing this a lot lately where they show a movie during the week at one time and one time only, at 1:10 in the afternoon, in one theater. Yet they’ll run another kid show in three theaters at 5 or 6 different times each day for weeks. 🙇🏻‍♂️

Extremely poor customer service, the food was cold apon receiving it, had to ask multiple times for stuff we already bought, gave us the wrong food multiple times, they also never mentioned that the seats we bought were split up instead of together. Aswell as they gave us a completely broken seat without telling someone. The location is at the aviation mall in Queensbury, NY. This cinema truly disappointed me.

I cancelled ticket also food/drink two days before. Never could get confirmation of this. Tried calling all their numbers(3) for assistance and nothing. Tried to get help online and contact was useless. Their website is crap. Went through my bank to dispute charges and it wasn’t long before I got my refund.

Awful customer service.

What made my experience great was how kind the workers were in taking our movie orders and giving us our tickets. Additionally, the movie seats were great, and the staff gave us very clear directions on where to find our theatre and seats.

There is a frustrating glitch on the website. I selected tickets for a Saturday showing, but during checkout, the system automatically changed the date to Sunday. I didn't notice until I saw the ticket confirmation, so I canceled the order, assuming I had just made a mistake. I went back, carefully selected Saturday again, and reordered—but the system switched it to Sunday a second time! I had to cancel it twice and need to dispute the fee with my bank!

I have been a long time rewards member for Regal, but after yesterday, not anymore. When I purchased tickets, on a Tuesday when tickets were supposed to be discounted, the discount option was not available. So I purchased 3 tickets. Later that day I decided I would try again to see if the discounted tickets were available. They were. Per the confirmation email I got when I purchased the tickets, I could cancel my purchase up to 60 minutes before the movie started. I tried to cancel, only to get an error message that stated my request could not be completed, please call the theatre. So I did and was told it was too late. 3 hours and 50 min before the movie started!! I then reached out to customer service, only to be told better luck next time. I can accept paying full price, not my issues. My issues is they allegedly have policies in place they do not honor or follow through with. I will never spend my money with a company that flat out lies to customers and offers no apology for it.
