They recently updated the Regal Cinema near me in Bellingham, MA and it’s fantastic! It’s constantly clean (considering that parents drop their teen and preteen monsters off to be babysat, and they terrorize every nook and cranny), well kept and the staff are SUPER courteous! The issue is with REGAL proper. As a member of their unlimited membership it’s awesome to go see movies by simply using their app. It’s their scheduling. They have been doing this a lot lately where they show a movie during the week at one time and one time only, at 1:10 in the afternoon, in one theater. Yet they’ll run another kid show in three theaters at 5 or 6 different times each day for weeks. 🙇🏻‍♂️

What made my experience great was how kind the workers were in taking our movie orders and giving us our tickets. Additionally, the movie seats were great, and the staff gave us very clear directions on where to find our theatre and seats.

We would go there more often if Hollywood improves their offerings. Rehash, unimaginative films, over done AI and special effects just does not going to the movies as it once was. Thus, I give them less than 5 stars.

I'd like to start out by saying there are always good workers, and then there are the bad apples. We had been waiting in line for quite some time to get service at the snack bar, one of the line workers had to go in the back to prepare food as the lines got longer and longer. The manager in charge, Josh Greene had come up to the line once, made one thing and then went and hid. A few minutes later I found him on a store phone, paying no mind to the literal crowd that had formed. I walked over and asked if he was going to go get, or to help, the single worker, who I didn't catch them name of, bless her heart. Kayla, who I happen to find is an excellent worker, came out of the kitchen, after making, God knows how many food orders, and immediately went to take our order. She was very polite, faced the situation with a very professional, calm, and focused attitude.
