Hi Lewis, We’re sorry to see this review, but we do need to clarify the situation for accuracy. Your order (#20624) was placed for a digital portrait, not a physical item. Your proof was sent in August for approval, which is a required step before any final portrait is delivered. After you later reached out, we re-sent your completed digital portrait. At that point, you mentioned you had intended to receive a physical canvas. Although this was not part of the original order, we went ahead and produced and shipped a physical canvas to you at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture. The canvas was shipped via USPS and marked as delivered. We do acknowledge there were delays in some responses during a busy period, and we apologize for that. However, the statement that you “never received anything” is not accurate — both the digital portrait and a complimentary physical canvas were provided. Hi Lisa, We’re sorry to see this feedback and understand how frustrating that must have felt. After reviewing your case, we did locate your earlier message regarding an address change, which unfortunately was missed at the time. As a result, your original order was shipped to the initial address provided. As soon as this came to our attention, we arranged a free replacement with express shipping to your updated address, which was successfully delivered shortly after. We do acknowledge the delay in responding to your earlier email and apologize for that. However, the issue was resolved promptly once identified, and a replacement was provided at no cost.
