The portrait was exquisite! I wish there had been more background around the subject, but maybe I should have bought a bigger size. At any rate, it was beautiful.

I thought I had requested a larger picture and was disappointed in the size. Other than that, it was cute.

We are glad you loved the portrait Lauren and thanks for the feedback! The family portrait you commissioned can indeed look small in an 8x10" portrait since there are so many characters and very limited space. Iam updating our product pages now, incorporating your feedback to avoid such confusions in the future.

The customer service has been excellent. I reached out because initially there wasn’t a product for a male owner and a female pet, but they not only helped me get it ordered, but added it as an official product! They responded quickly, sent a preview of what the finished product would look like, and the product arrived quickly. It’s super high quality and I know my dad will love it.
