I ordered a print on Nov 22, you sent back the proof the next day. I wrote to u that same day, on Nov 23, to change the shipping address. I’ve been emailing everyday to change the shipping address and still haven’t heard back from you. Then today, Nov 25 you sent an email saying my order is out for shipment. I’ve emailed at least six different times to change the shipping address and NO ONE will answer it. Now I will have to be burdened with another expense to ship it to the correct address. I would think I’d at least get a return email. You don’t hesitate to send all the promotions everyday but can’t answer an inquiry??

Hi! So this is my second order from Pawtraits and I loved my first one. This one is great there were just a couple issues. I had two dogs in this one and only one of their names were included and a smaller issue is that one of the dogs is black and in the photo he was changed to brown. I can handle that but it would be great if both dogs names were featured. Photo quality was great I love the artwork. Just those small issues

I was sent a proof and I wrote twice saying I did not care for it. I wanted to have her look older. Never heard from anyone. I ordered it because I needed it for a gift. Very disappointing in regards to customer service especially how expensive it was.

The product was excellent, however, I inadvertently made two orders instead of one. In trying to edit the first order i unintentionally started a second order and was charged a second time. I have explained the situation twice thru on-line support and have rec'd neither a response nor a refund.

Good quality, but insanely over priced. Took nearly 6 weeks to deliver which was especially disappointing as it was meant as an Christmas gift. I bought one that was around d the size of an A4 sheet and it cost nearly €60. Their customer service as also bad as I sent several emails to check on the proress of my order anly to never get a replyProbably best to go with Etsy for product like this.
