they were able to capture my ladies features in the portrait, and deliver a classy gift that will be talked about forever.

it was a gift…,turned out great

i have reached out 3 times to address an error in my portrait and received no responses, this is my second rating comment with this as well. EDIT: since this time they reached out and corrected the error and send me a new picture which is just what we wanted and we absolutely love it. They were very friendly and accommodating

Picture did need rework but they eventually made the appropriate changes and delivered an awesome finished product. Will order again

Great resemblance of a Royal character....with a chheky animal face!

The product turned out great. It was a gift and my friend loved it. I would have given 5 stars but I uploaded 2 pics hoping to compare them and pick the best but was only sent one to preview. It looked good though so I went with it

An excellent product and service. Very pleased with my dog portrait

Ordering process, updates & delivery. All went smooth.
