The product turned out great. It was a gift and my friend loved it. I would have given 5 stars but I uploaded 2 pics hoping to compare them and pick the best but was only sent one to preview. It looked good though so I went with it

Fun gift! They had some trouble communicating with costumers when they launched but they ended up giving me my fast shipping money back for arriving late. Gift is perfect though!

My daughter lost her dog in a sudden emergency, with no time to prepare. She was devasted so we got her dog in a regal costume. She cried and laughed simultaneously, but they now have that picture hung next to his urn. They will always remember him, and his attitude perfectly matched the picture.

After I approved the proof I changed my mind and wanted to alter it. I sent an email to customer service requesting this change and asking if it could be done. I never got a response . And it showed up unchanged to how I requested. A reply would have been nice.
