I did not receive my entire order. I called at least 4 times and told it would be taken care of. It never was.

Hello Tracy, I am reaching out because after looking up your account it seems that you signed for all material at the time of delivery. There were no shortages noted on the bill of lading, nor do we have any claims in the system. I apologize if I am missing something. Please reach out to me with the original delivery receipt showing that you were shorted material and I will take care of it personally. Thank you, Chris Paul President of Operations Regal Floor Coverings

I was really skeptical ordering on line! Mainly because this was such a large purchase. After 2 months of deciding I finally placed my order. Even after I placed my order I kept wondering if this was going to happen and I would get my flooring, This was really wonderful and I would recommend Regal Flooring if you are looking for flooring. It was an exceptional company to work with and everything went as planned. It was hassle free and pickup was so easy. I also saved a considerable amount of money. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience.

I rate Regal a 3 only because I needed 3 tiles and I was forced to purchase over $800 worth of discontinued tile. The tile arrive in perfect shape, on time and as agreed. They would have scored a 5 if I could have order one box. Still cheaper than replacing my entire floor.

Jeff, We have a 250 square foot minimum purchase requirement which is stated in several places on our website. We would never force anyone to purchase anything. In this particular instance, we had a minimum purchase requirement with the distributor. My sales person, David, even suggested that you look locally for the material instead of purchasing with us because he didn’t want to see you purchase an unnecessary quantity. Thank you for pointing out that the tile arrived undamaged and on time. We pride ourselves on our ability to come through for our customers. Thank you, Chris Paul President of Operations
