I wanted the same tile I had in my old house and I found that this place was about $. 75 cheaper a sq ft than who I had previously bought it from. I ordered it by phone and the process was smooth, as a matter of fact, we started installing it tonight! Great place to do business with!

Excellent service and product.

Great pricing and customer service. I'm a contractor and on 2000sqft of hardwood they beat my local supplyhouse by 25% and had the exact material and color available. Have sent others their way and have used many times for larger jobs

Will never buy from this company again. After spending in excess of $50,000. on flooring in the last year, got a quote on a new residence and Regal was not competitive , so, rather than accept that , salesperson was upset, and said he would never quote me on another project.

Joe, We are certainly grateful for the orders that were placed in the past. The reason that we stopped bidding you out is that is was brought to our attention that you were taking our quotes to your local guy and attempting to have him price match us. While you are well within your rights as a consumer to do that, we made a decision to no longer participate. We were not rude about it. As a matter of fact, the email simply stated that we would be excusing ourselves from any future bids and wished you the best of luck in the future. Thank you, Chris Paul President of Operations Regal Floor Coverings

Had a bad experience with them two years ago and they have yet to resolve the issue. Now they just ignore me. I gave them a year to fix but have zero luck. I will pay anywhere else for better service.
