Brian, Can you elaborate? We show no damage claims in the system, no issues with product or delivery, and it looks like the material was delivered ahead of schedule. Additionally, I can see that you placed several subsequent orders with our company. Hi Molly, The damage was not reported within the 5 day concealed damage time frame on the terms and conditions but we went ahead and filed it anyway. The carrier denied it. Additionally, the delivery was delayed because the carrier could not get a hold of you to schedule it. My staff tried to make accommodations on this but there was unfortunately nothing that could be done.
