This app and the community saved me
This app and the community saved me. I was lost and lonely. I have been able to make connections around the world and remain alcohol free for over a year. Some of the negative reviews make me sad. Not for Reframe’s but for those who were not able to experience the magic that can happen on the app

Reframe really helped me become alcohol…
Reframe really helped me become alcohol free. There are so many resources, from daily readings, monthly challenges, online journaling with prompts, a drink tracker, an active forum, videos, book reviews, small user led groups, courses, zoom meetings, etc. The community is phenomenal and the support and encouragement are amazing. I got way more than I expected when I signed up for Reframe.

Reframe Changes Lives
Reframe is an excellent program for reframing one’s relationship with alcohol. It offers science-based education, live meetings hosted by trained coaches, a forum of peers who support each other, a podcast, personal coaching (for an additional fee), and so much more. I joined on a free trial offer that was no different from other subscription programs and was adequately explained and I haven’t had any billing issues. I have, however, changed my life for the better in every way possible. I’m grateful for this awesome program.

The community is amazing
The community is amazing. The coaches are encouraging. And I found my people here! I recommend this app to anyone who would like to change their relationship with alcohol!

Reframe found me!
Reframe is bringing me to where I want to be regarding alcohol. No judgement. No judgement. No judgement. The app, the meetings and the coaches, are just what I needed.

OG Reframe User Weighing In
I’ve been using Reframe since 2021. I’ve got zero bad things to say about it. Reframe and their meetings played a huge role in my sobriety journey: Shout outs to Kevin Ballack, Static, Kiola Raines & Jay Chase—without the assistance of these Reframe coaches, I wouldn’t have 3+ (and counting) years under my belt. Reframe is, in my opinion, a gateway to sobriety for the sober curios. It is affordable, user friendly, and their low pressure approach to sobriety is great for helping people kick off their journey into an alcohol free life.

Incredibly helpful
I can’t say enough about this app and the community on it. This app helps in so many ways. It paves the way to sobriety (or cutting back) by providing an amazing community that is incredibly welcoming. They provide knowledge on so many different levels. You learn about how alcohol affects your brain, your body, influences your behavior in so many ways most people don’t know. It is an amazing tool for your journey regardless of what that looks like for you. Highly highly recommend
