Several Trustpilot reviewers report unwanted subscription renewals and difficulty cancelling. Some describe charges they didn’t authorise as unethical or deceptive - I have similar experience. I regret signing up. I should’ve check the reviews first.

Reframe is just another scam
Reframe is just another scam. I signed up for one month, thinking I would try it, and then they charged me for a year. Apple support says I’m not eligible for a refund. Guess I can kiss $100 goodbye. Another website that just wants your money.

This app is a scam
This app is a scam. They tried to renew a subscription I canceled a year ago without my permission. I got a message from my bank about a fraudulent charge and it was from Reframe trying to charge me $100 without my consent. So now my card is blocked and I have to get a new one right when I have a bunch of payments due via that card. F you, Reframe! This app is supposed to support people with alcohol abuse and they are trying to scam and take advantage of people.

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. They offered a trial and then when I saw it wouldn’t work for me, I couldn’t cancel. Reframe said I had to go through Apple subscriptions but it wasn’t even there as an option and Apple Help said I had to go through Reframe because they were the ones sending me receipts, not Apple. I literally can’t even access it to cancel and the charge put my account in the red so I got charged an overdraft fee. I have zero respect for a company that offers no way out and don’t know why anyone would want that.

Oh why didn't I read the reviews
Oh why didn't I read the reviews - I paid for a half-yearly subscription, recieved no confirmation and no password to allow access to the app so I have just given over £50 to scammers. My own fault - all the things I've read about not answering ads on fb or instagram and I've been caught. It's so easy. I have been trying to sort this out with (rubbish) customer services for several days - just keep getting the same generic replies. You live and learn

Unauthorized Charge of $119.99 & False…
Unauthorized Charge of $119.99 & False Advertisement I downloaded the Reframe app because it was advertised as $4.99 for a one-month trial. After using it for about a week, I found it wasn’t what I expected and deleted both the app and my account. Before doing so, I checked my subscriptions and saw no active subscription listed. Despite this, I was shocked to find that $119.99 was immediately withdrawn from my account—without any warning or authorization. This charge was completely unexpected and unjustified. What’s worse is that there’s no valid or accessible contact information to resolve billing issues, which is deeply concerning for an app charging this kind of money. It feels deceptive and predatory. I do not recommend this app to anyone. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank and am considering reporting the issue to consumer protection agencies. Proceed with caution.

Total scam
Total scam. Tried the trial for £4.95 and then cancelled within the trial. They tried to then bill a full year, and then another month as well - a total of £124. Hopefully my bank has blocked my card as requested, but they are still trying to bill me.

Rip off when trying to cancel - AVOID
App itself was fine, I didn't find it too useful for me and was really cutting down on my own so wanted to cancel and that's where the app becomes one star! Its a total rip off, even after emailing their 'support' there is no clear way to see your subscription, let a lone how to cancel it. I am still trying after being billed another £24.99 that I will never see again! Avoid this rip off app like the plague!!
