Reframe is Amazing
Reframe is Amazing! Great community helping support changing your relationship with alcohol. The positivity is key but so is the convenience of an online community.

Reframe is AWESOME!
Reframe has changed my life for the better! I have struggled with alcohol since the first drink. I have worked on sobriety in other programs on and off for over 25 years. I found reframe a year ago and loved the option to do a cutback program, I didn’t have to commit to not drinking. It worked well for me and then I decided to go Alcohol free and it’s been great! I am 7 months AF. I love the app, I love the meetings on the app and there are tools for every kind of learner and personality. Reframe is awesome!!

Reframe. Resource to rediscovering my life alcohol free.
I really enjoy having reframe as an option/tool to adjust my relationship with alcohol. Some might find the cost to be an issue, but I personally have spent that, if not more, on a night out in just drinks. I love the community reframe has created, and really appreciate the modern approach to alcohol. AA wasn’t a great option for me, but reframe is everything I needed it to be.

Reframe is an incredible resource for anyone looking to explore their relationship with alcohol. Whether your plan is to cutback, moderate, or remove alcohol from your life, this is the place to be. It provides tools, guidance and an extremely supportive and welcoming community for anyone and everyone. There really is something for everyone on this platform. Five giant starts.

Who knew this app could be so wonderful
Love this app. The price of an annual subscription is worth it. I have learned so much about the brain connection to addiction. Great community. Love the coaches and meetings. My journey has just started and I see myself starting to enjoy life for the first time because of reframe.

it helps a lot to aid in figuring out out healthy relationship with alcohol and life - mental health in general. community and coaches are great. all kinds of people. def worth subscribing

The app is more than just an app
The app is more than just an app! I found and connected with a whole community! Love this app, and couldn't have successful 512 AF without it!!!
