No way to cancel without apparently…
No way to cancel without apparently reaching out. Their FAQ is bullshit. There is no subscription tab

SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! Signed up for £4.99 starter and have just been told by my wife they’ve been taking £40 a month! Should have checked my bank statements. This is the cost of a gym membership for giving you an article you could get from the internet for free, a vague sentence quote, and a set of fireworks when you tell them you didn’t drink. Avoid like the plague. Absolutely livid about this.

We were charged 4 times for this app
We were charged 4 times for this app. They refunded 2 of the charges and gave us 1 subscription. I have been working with them for weeks trying to get this resolved. To no end. I am cancelling and disputing the charges through my credit card. App was very nice when it worked, but definitely not worth this headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are quick to take your money without results. I signed up for a 7 day “trial” next I knew they had deducted $200 from my account without any warning or authorisation. My emails to them about this were not replied to. I will not be signing up again. Can’t wait for subscription to end. Disgusting customer service

Disappointed.
When I signed up I had great difficulty in logging in which was never resolved despite emails from me. Then when I tried to cancel and get a refund it was a slow and painful process. I would receive gushy emails but no action on cancelling and refunding. Eventually I did get my money back. The program looks good but I was disappointed with my experience.

Charged £99.99 for a £4.99 trial
Signed up for what I thought was a month trial for £4.99, I’ve been charged £99.99. Tried contacting them via email and instagram and have had no reply. I think it’s a good app but the customer service and the issue with payment is appalling. Sadly I won’t be recommending this app anyone. I would really appreciate a response to my contact attempts.

disgraceful customer service
Despite writing FIVE times in 7 days to the email address support@, I have had no response. I signed up for the free trial but after a few days decided the app wasn't for me. I was expecting a notification to say that a payment was needed which would then remind me to cancel. Appalling customer service.

Scammed out of $68
I signed up for 3 months at a cost of $49, plus a $19 fee for 'extra support. The charges hit my bank account immediately. But I did not receive a confirmation or access to the app. Nothing! I've contacted customer service several times. I was advised to download the app, which I did, but the app won't work until I pay. The app is offering $49 for a full year....1/4 of what I paid. And, I keep getting emails from the app with even better pricing. Customer Service has not been ant help. It's a total scam. They took $68 from me and I got nothing in return.
