Would not recommend this at all
I contacted email as suggested by reframe to ask why they took the extra charges out and to provide a refund two weeks ago and have had no response. Would not recommend this at all, I was charged $70.04 then $28.01 and again $28.01 in the same day, I did not agree to these second and third charges (2 x $28.01) and in my case the app is no help at all, I open it and it tells me i have had a alcohol free day but I didn't. A total rip off, no value for money. I feel like I have totally been taken advantage of. I read the reviews on Trustpilot and they all seemed positive. I thought best to leave my experience so people get a balanced view.

Watch out for this group
Watch out for these folks. They automatically renew like you are a customer for life. No permission given. No permission asked. Stay away.

Ripped off..
Ripped off... signed up for 7 day trial. Charged $79 immediately. App isn't worth 79¢. Advertise that it's to cut down, but in reality just the same old "demon rum" philosophy dressed up with a lot of pseudoscience. The forums, comments etc. are all about "alcohol free", not cutting back or "getting your edge back". Heavily moderated and always trying to sell additional "services", coaching etc. I'd give it a zero if I could. Got to better free apps out there that don't preach the AA mantras

No response to technical issues
The app just stopped opening. I messaged the app support on April 8 to advise. It’s been 5 days now and it still doesn’t work

Very poor experience
Key features stopped working after a few months. Got ZERO support. Interface is very cluttered, science questionable, and full of additional costs and ads to get you to buy more content, even with a paid subscription. Sunnyside is MUCH better. Stay away from this one. Edit to add after app reply: you got numerous occasions to "make this better". I reported the issue almost a month ago and just got what seems to be an automated reply asking me to provide more details, which I did, with no results. I lost hope at this point, which is why I submitted this review.

Reframe Med+ Medication cancelation - very difficult
I had signed up to try a medication that they recommended. The medication did not work for me and when I asked to have any future shipments canceled I was given the run around. After MANY emails and calls to the support team it was finally handled. In the process I was given bad information and blamed for the fact that their customer support person did not understand my request. Horrible experience.

Looks good but is it a scam?
Update: I contacted reframe twice as per the response below and received no reply. It has taken me months of time and energy and still no refund. If this isn’t a cash grab, why is it so hard? Original review: What started as curiosity in a free trial has become an extended exercise in seeking a refund for a subscription I did not want or need. While the app has a nice interface, and helpful information that would certainly assist some people, I have to ask: Why does a site targeting vulnerable people make it so hard to cancel a subscription and then extract a genuine refund?
