Reframe has been so helpful in my recovery. I didn't have a good experience in AA because I'm not religious, but Reframe is super inclusive, whether you want to cut back and have a better handle on your drinking, or go completely alcohol free. There are super supportive meetings and the forum is nice if you need someone to talk to late at night. It's much cheaper than the amount I was spending on drinking.

Reframe is great at providing help to those who want to cut back or stop their alcohol use. Everyday you get new science backed info to help you make good decisions. The zoom meetings are very supportive and you don't have to turn your camera on or even give your name unless you want to. I am thankful for such a caring community and have achieved my goals.
