Sent to low of dose after I sent them…
Sent to low of dose after I sent them my previous prescription and they kept saying for a month that they would resolve it they never did so I stopped my credit card payment then they said they wouldn’t do any thing after that. Aug3 to 28/25 they could have resolved it if they were competent

These meds don't work at all
These meds don't work at all. I put them straight in the fridge as soon as I got them and they still didn't do anything. And customer service didn't do anything about it.

I found Refills.com via a Reddit group, and I am so I did. Medication delivery is quick (within 3 days). The customer service is responsive and fast to help with any issues that have arisen. They even have discount codes that apply to every order as we advance, not just a one-time deal. I am forever a loyal customer

Medication works, but customer support really needs improvement
I’m giving Refills.com 2 out of 5 stars. The medication works — I’ve definitely seen results — and it’s the lowest-cost semaglutide I’ve found anywhere. The support team usually responds fairly quickly when you reach out. But it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a doctor for follow-up questions. I asked my assigned doctor a question over a week ago about the nausea I’ve been having and still haven’t gotten a response. The support team replies fast but often give generic or unhelpful answers. My shipment was delayed for weeks, and I only got it resolved after connecting with a Refills.com team member on Reddit, which shouldn’t have been the only way to get help. The medication itself is great and affordable, but the lack of medical support and communication makes the experience really frustrating. If they improved their doctor access and follow-up, this would easily be a five-star service — but right now, it just misses the mark.

Affordable & convenient
From the first rep I chatted with to the Dr that asked me questions, everyone was friendly & I never felt pushed or inundated with unwanted messages etc. The whole process is convenient & affordable.
