Preston was very knowledgeable, but he was unable to assist me. I was told by the doctor I could increase my dosage but you sent me three month supply of the same dose. I want an increase not maintenance. He had to escalate the problem to someone else. I also didn’t love feeling pressured into doing this review while I was on the phone with him.

Although shipping is very quick, on my first med refill they dropped my dose down without discussing it, and then when contacting customer service they were extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite uploading all photos and info requested, weeks later I still have yet to receive any sort of helpful or timely response.
