My experience was awful
My experience was awful - there should be a zero star ranking. I questioned why there were two separate charges $20 (which is what I committed to) and then $70 - they totally tricked me - I am a senior citizen & requested to have this order cancelled & my money refunded. Elder abuse - of course, these scammers said NO -too late ! In summary:: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Hello Maureen. The costs of the provider visits and the cost of the medications are clearly listed on the RedBox Rx website under the specific treatment you are needing. You would have also gotten a review and pay for each of the two charges with a list of what you are paying for on the invoices. Our website also has a FAQ's section that clearly states why you will get two charges and what they are for. The FAQ's section also contains information on our refund policy and returns and exchanges policy. These policies state that you are guaranteed a refund in the case where you have a provider visit and NOT prescribed a treatment. Otherwise, if you are prescribed a treatment, you will have to pay for the visit as the provider deserves to be paid for their time. Your treatment could not be refunded as it was already being shipped to you by the time you reached out to us. If we can catch the order before it is shipped out, we can issue a refund, but once it has left our facility the medication cannot be refunded. We also cannot do returns or exchanges with your treatment as it is prescription medication. Should you have any other questions or concerns you wish to discuss with us, please do reach out to our patient care team at 844-733-2697.

I’m very happy as a Red Box consumer
I’m very happy as a Red Box consumer. The customer service and support is better, if not the best, in comparison to our local pharmaceutical services. Thank you greatly ~ Brenda Ites P.S. Not to mention the humanitarian, on the spot, quick relief that I receive..

Hello Gilberto. Your medical information was uploaded and reviewed by a provider within 24 hours which is always our goal. Our provider support team was in contact with you about the treatment prescribed as our patient care team had reached out to them to discuss the medication since it is not on our list of treatments offered at RedBox Rx. The provider you saw believed that the treatment they prescribed for you was the best course of action for your care. As we don't provide that medication through RedBox Rx, you would have to see your primary care physician or go to an urgent care. You can always check the list of treatments we provide under the section with the condition you are trying to treat on the RedBox Rx website or you can give our patient care team a call if you have any questions on it. The provider team did reach out to you several times after your visit to try to discuss your prescribed treatment. Our patient care team supervisor also reached out to see how they could help in regards to your visit and prescription. You told our patient care team supervisor you needed no further assistance and did not want your money back in your final communication with them. Should you have any further questions or concerns, you are always welcome to reach back out to our patient care team or the provider support team and we would be happy to help you.
